I could post all the videos that came out yesterday with Cindy and George riding around with the bulletin board, and their trip to LE concerning LE's misstatement about phone calls, etc., or Casey's refusal to see her family, and what media is reporting, etc. but for now, I am not posting them. Right now, the Fifth District Court denied the re-appeal for reduction of Casey's bond. At this point, Baez may have a shot to file an appeal with the Supreme Court. But, I personally don't care about this part of the case anymore. OK ... couldn't resist ... post OTR

Sickening Feeling In My Gut
Not sure why, but I have this awful feeling in my gut. Sure hope it's just my lunch!

Mark Furhman was just on the phone with FOX News talking about the phone calls. Mark said that they even saw when Casey ordered the pizza and this was way after she borrowed the shovel.
Now Mark's "theory" of the shovel is June 18th, but we still don't know the exact date.
I wish Mark would have given the date the pizza was ordered. Something leads to me think this pizza was ordered on June 24th and delivered to her father's house, the day Casey was there etc., etc. June 24th is a very "key" day!

Issac Hayes Dies at 65
Hayes, the pioneering singer, songwriter and musician whose relentless "Theme From Shaft" won Academy and Grammy awards, has been found dead at home. He was 65. The Shelby County Sheriff's Office says a family member found Hayes unresponsive near a treadmill on Sunday Aug. 10, 2008.

The Shelby County Sheriff's Office says a family member found Hayes unresponsive near a treadmill on Sunday. He was pronounced dead about an hour later at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis. The cause of death was not immediately known.
My thoughts!
I have always enjoyed Issac Hayes in just everything he did throughout his career and it saddens me today to see another great singer, songwriter and musician join his soul brothers in heaven. Rest in peace and you will be missed by so many!
Casey Cancels Another Jailhouse Visit - August 10, 2008
Casey Anthony has declined a scheduled jailhouse visit with her parents tonight.
A jail official confirmed that Casey said early Sunday that she would not be accepting guests today. Her parents George and Cindy Anthony had been scheduled to visit her at 9 p.m. this evening.
“Today's declined visitation counts as one of those three visitation opportunities,” according to Allen Moore, Public Information Officer for the Orange County Corrections Department. “Orange County Corrections does not inquire as to why an inmate decides to decline a visitation. Cynthia and George Anthony were notified by phone that their daughter had declined today's scheduled visit.”
On Friday morning, Casey turned away her brother Lee when he arrived at the jail. Just a few days earlier, Cindy Anthony nixed a scheduled visit with Casey citing a lack of privacy during the videotaped conferences.
Pending Casey’s approval, Lee Anthony is now set to visit Casey on Tuesday, while her parents have another planned visit Thursday.
Each inmate is allowed up to three video visitations per week, starting on Sundays.

On Friday morning, Casey turned away her brother Lee when he arrived at the jail. Just a few days earlier, Cindy Anthony nixed a scheduled visit with Casey citing a lack of privacy during the videotaped conferences.
Pending Casey’s approval, Lee Anthony is now set to visit Casey on Tuesday, while her parents have another planned visit Thursday.
Each inmate is allowed up to three video visitations per week, starting on Sundays.

Casey Anthony's Time-line Is Shrinking - UPDATE
Each day there is another twist, and today is no different with the discovery of a possible date on a guest card that may have been looked at incorrectly.
I will write more tomorrow, but now my time-line is shrinking. I am thinking more in the area of June 16th to June 17th time-frame. I might extend it to June 18th, but I will leave it right at June 17th for now. Although I still question June 15th.

I finally watched OTR from Tuesday's show 8/5/08. I didn't want to because I just didn't want to hear more lies.
I still keep going back to June 15th with Cindy taking Caylee to the nursing home because Cindy was the last known person to see Caylee. During the OTR interview, it just seemed no details came out about the evening of the 15th of June. I am looking for "when Caylee and I (Cindy) came back to the house after visiting with great-grandpa, we had some dinner, I gave Caylee a bath and so on.
Like what happened when Cindy and Caylee came back to the house? Was George home, was Casey there, did Casey come home later? WHAT!!!
All I heard was Cindy saying I heard "them" in the bedroom and didn't see them the morning of June 16th, but George has it down to the minute 12:50 PM as he was watching the Food Channel his favorite show.
From let's say 6:00 PM on June 15th until 12:50 PM on June 16th, you mean to tell me a 2 1/2 year old was in a room for all those hours? No breakfast, no lunch, no play-time, no bath. This makes no sense to me at all.
Something is really wrong with this picture. Doting grandparents love to be with their grandchildren, fixing them breakfast, reading books, etc. They would even want the child to get up and start doing things.

My question: Did George see Caylee have lunch, breakfast, use potty, bath, playing etc.? A child may get up at 7:00 AM to almost 1:00 PM that 6 hours of unaccountable time in that household. Is there a bathroom in Casey's room?

6/16/08 - starting at 3:00 PM and ending at 4:00 PM there are numerous phone calls from Casey to her father, mother and friends. Quick phone calls although cellphone records would show a minute because you are charged a minute even if the call is 2 seconds.
My question: How far is it from the Anthony household to George's employment? Why didn't George have his cellphone on? Could it be because of "pings" re" his whereabouts?
Thinking out loud: All these phone calls are within 2 hours after Casey left her parents house with Caylee. I find it very odd, that Cindy and George didn't answer Casey's calls within that hour. I know they both maybe at work, but most folks working leave their cell phones on "perhaps" on vibrator mode" so they know when they get a phone call. George is suppose to be en-route to his job and Casey starts calling Cindy/George etc. at 3:00 PM.

6/17/08 - It has now been verified that the person that went to look at apartment #210, has been located and verified they did not know anyone by the name of Casey or ever met Caylee The theory that Casey may have filled out the guest card when out the window.
My question: Does Casey know someone within the office of the Sawgrass Apartments.
6/17/08 - I believe Mark reported on numerous phone calls back to back on the 17th of June also.
My thoughts: It seems odd that on the 16th and 17th no phone calls were answered.

6/18/08 - Mark Furhman feels the shovel was borrowed from the neighbor as well as the same day the neighbor sees Casey's car backed into the driveway.
My thoughts: Neighbor needs to try an pin point a time Casey borrowed the shovel. Was it after 2:30 PM when George apparently goes to work?
Based on the above time-frame, I feel June 16th is the last day Caylee took a breath of air ~2:00 - 2:30 PM
I feel that Casey borrowed the shovel on June 17, 2008 after Casey back into the driveway and went across the street to get the shovel, Casey brought Caylee out of the trunk and Casey went through the garage to the backyard.
I feel Casey had Caylee in the trunk of the car and after Casey backed the garage to the garage, Casey took Caylee out the trunk and put Caylee on the ground near the pool and then Casey put the ladder in the pool.
When Casey realized the pool idea wasn't a good one, she went to another area, possibly near the playhouse and put Caylee down and was going to attempt to dig a hole under the playhouse knowing fully a concrete slab or pillars were going to be placed there on July 4th.
I also feel that the shed was broken into on June 17th. George tells Greta he believes the last time he was in the shed was Sunday which would be June 22nd, but I think he was last in the shed on June 15th, Father's Day, while Cindy and Caylee were at the nursing home.
6/24/08 - Casey shows up at her parents house and George hears the garage doors open and he meets Casey in the garage. Actually not sure this is FACT, but as I recall with OTR interview, George says Casey came into the house. "Casey said she came home to get more clothes and she was going back to work".
George asks "where is Caylee" and Casey said: "with the nanny".
Four hours before Casey shows up at her parents house around 2:00 PM, George called the police to report that 2 gas cans were stolen from his shed and the lock was broken to get into the shed. The police officer arrived at the Anthony's home around 10:00 AM on June 24th to take the report, look at the shed and dust for fingerprints.
Note: there were no fingerprints on the lock or shed based on the officers report. Now how in the world could that happen? Hummm, someone perhaps wiped off all the fingerprints!
During this time that Casey was with George, there was discussion about this "wedge" to support the car as George wanted to rotate Cindy's tires that weekend.
Note: The temperature in Florida on June 24th was 89 degrees and stayed that way right into the weekend and beyond. No one in their right mind would rotate tires in the heat especially when the sun beats on their house all day. I will accept the possibility that George may have done this in the garage, but not sure. You can go to Wal-Mart for a few bucks and rotate tires and shop at the same time.
Eventually after some go around, George decides to open the trunk of the car and spots the gas cans. No where did I hear George say: "Casey, I just reported the gas cans stolen 4 hours ago to the police!"
During the OTR interview when George is speaking about the gas cans, he says Casey said: (I need to get the exact quote) something about a break-in to the shed. At that point Cindy chimes in during the OTR interview and says "I called Casey and told her about the gas cans being stolen."
My thoughts: So on the same day, June 24th, when George finds the shed is broken into and calls the police, then calls Cindy, Cindy then calls Casey to tell her about the gas cans and then Casey shows up at the house four hours later with the gas cans in the trunk .... hummmmmmmmmm
But George looks surprised during the OTR interview when Cindy makes the statement: "I called Casey and told her."
Eventually George wins and he opens the trunk and there are the gas cans. George doesn't notify police that his daughter had the gas cans and let's just drop the robbery report because it was "all in the family".
Nope, he lets the robbery report stay active, until it shows up through OCSD and then the media hits on it. It had to be two weeks before George comes out and says" I know who did it and that's the extent of it".
My question: Why didn't George just say, my daughter Casey took the gas cans.?
Also on this busy June 24th day, this is when a phone calls exchange happens between Jesse and Casey. Casey want s to know if Jesse wants to hang out as Caylee is with the nanny at the beach for the weekend.
Note: Not sure why Casey said "at the beach for the weekend when June 24th is a Tuesday!"
Jesse hears Casey say: "get off the table" and believed he heard Caylee's voice. Jesse recanted because he wasn't sure if he actually heard Caylee's voice.
After earlier thinking the Anthony's have pets, and wondering if Jesse heard a sound from a pet, after watching OTR and the part where Greta and Cindy are in the kitchen or dining room, there sitting right out for everyone to see "a cat laying of the table". I am convinced that Jesse did hear something when Casey said "get off the table" and that was the sound of the cat in the background.
Something more happened on June 24th and I feel it was the start of the car being left in the Amscot parking lot on June 27th knowing fully if left in the Amscot parking lot it would be towed away. Of which, it was towed on June 30th and sat at the tow yard for two weeks until a reigstered letter arrived on July 15th. I feel the registered letter may have been attempted to be delivered on July 14th, but no one was home at the time of regular mail delivery.
Between June 24th and June 27th, Caylee was in the trunk of that car. Perhaps Casey, after her father left for work, removed Caylee from the property and placed her in the trunk, OR perhaps when George opened the trunk there was Caylee.
The transportation or the placing of Caylee in the trunk was done on June 24th at some point.
We all know how easy it was for Drew Peterson, retired police officer to dispose of Stacy, based on his training in LE. George is former police officer who I believe worked in the homicide department in Ohio.
I still hear Casey's words "She is close to home".
I so want LE to break through that concrete and take a better look.

When Did Casey Borrow The Shovel From The Neighbor?
It has yet to be determinded when Casey borrowed the shovel because when the neighbor contacted LE after hearing that Caylee was missing, the neighbor could not remember the date the shovel was borrowed.
Greta from OTR, is reporting the shovel being taken on June 18th. This is just Mark Furhman's theory and he clearly reported when speaking to the neighbor about the shovel "the day has yet to be determined."
Mark used the 18th of June JUST to tighten up the time-line based on the June 16 and 17th numerous phone calls to her parents and others and the time of the calls.

I was totally disappointed with all the "hipe" for this show and all I had to do was come back to my blog and watch the shows over again.
Greta, I beg you to STOP reporting that the shovel was taken on June 18th, because the date has yet to be determined. The neighbor could not remember when Casey borrowed the shovel.

Caylee's Third Birthday Today - 8/9/08
I was hoping that I didn't have to bring forward today the "counting of days" Caylee is missing. But I have no choice today, even though it is Caylee's Third Birthday.
I am going to light a candle for you today, a vanilla scented candle, so I can smell the sweetness in the air around me as I think of you somewhere out there.
As I light the candle for you, I will say: I pray that on this day, when you were born 3 years ago, your "Mommy" will remember all the pain she felt through laboring to bring you into this world.
I will pray that your Mommy remembers what it felt like deep within her heart, the joy of holding you for the first time. I will pray, your Mommy remembers, your first smile, your first clutch of her fingers, the first time you called her "Mommy" and all the daily first's you have done in the 34 months before you went missing. I also pray your mother rememebers her last moment with you, on whatever day it may have been. I pray this moment is engraved in her heart as much as the feeling on the day you were born.
I so want to have ballons, and gift graphics all around your picture as a birthday is a joyous occasion, but I just can't because you are still missing.
Your Mommy brought you into this world 36 months ago, and it is only your Mommy that can bring you back home again.

Former presidential candidate John Edwards, who won praise and sympathy as he campaigned side-by-side with his cancer-stricken wife, Elizabeth, admitted Friday he had had an extramarital affair with a woman who produced videos for his campaign.
Edwards said he made a serious error in judgment when he had an affair and is ashamed of his conduct.
In a statement, the former Democratic presidential candidate also said he informed his wife about his affair with 42-year-old Rielle Hunter in 2006 and has asked her forgiveness. Edwards said he is not the father of the woman's daughter and is willing to take a test to determine the 5-month-old baby's paternity.
He said the affair lasted for a short time in 2006.
Until Friday, Edwards had denied reports in the National Enquirer that he had an affair while his wife, Elizabeth, was battling cancer. He first admitted to the affair in an interview with ABC News.
Edwards spoke about his affair with Rielle Hunter, 42, for an interview to be broadcast Friday night on the ABC News show "Nightline."

Well John, if you told your wife about the affair, then you should have come forward and admitted it to the press. All you had to do is say "yes, and this is a private matter between Elizabeth and I."
But no, you denied, denied, and denied. John YOU were running for the President of the United States as a Democrate. You were going to be "possibly" the Democratic nominee for President. I did say "possibly" even though you didn't have a chance. You stood up in front of all of us "preaching blah, blah, blah" and in your closet you had a secret.
It's one thing for a man to have an affair, not a good choice though for someone who was running for President of the United States, the worst part John, your wife has "terminal cancer", let me repeat it again, your wife has "terminal cancer" and eventually she will pass long before her time. How the hell could you do that to your wife?
Your children will read and hear what you have done and will look at you with totally different eyes and thoughts about their father.
And should this child be yours .... well, God will handle you for your infideltiy to your entore family.
Be a man, take the Paternity test, so this precious child knows who her father is. And if you are not the father, then I pray the other "suspects" also take a paternity test.

There is a key here between Casey and Sawgrass Apartments. It is not a coincedence that Casey "dropped" off Caylee with the "unknown" Zenaida at the same apartment number that the "now found" Zenaida who filled out the guest card to look at Apartment 210.
Something is fishy inside the office of the Sawgrass Apartments. Perhaps the two women, one of which clearly remembers that "Zenaida" is clearly Hispanic, with course shoulder length hair, brown eyes, etc. just may know Casey!!!!

Search Warrant For Anthony's House

I will add my thoughts as I go throught the search warrant.
My first concern is Page 7, paragrah 4, August 4, 2008 recorded interview with George Anthony where he states, "the last time George saw Caylee was on June 6, 2008."
This bothers me, because the date is such an important factor in the day that Caylee was last seen. This information needs to be "ACCURATE" in a search warrant.
Yup, I know Cindy took Cayle to the nursing home on June 15th and all, but I have always asked myself the question, "was George living at home during the month Casey was giving all these excuses to Cindy about Caylee is here, or there, etc.

Casey Anthony's Time-line Is Shrinking
Each day there is another twist, and today is no different with the discovery of a possible date on a guest card that may have been looked at incorrectly.
I will write more tomorrow, but now my time-line is shrinking. I am thinking more in the area of June 16th to June 17th time-frame. I might extend it to June 18th, but I will leave it right at June 17th for now. Although I still question June 15th.

I finally watched OTR from Tuesday's show 8/5/08. I didn't want to because I just didn't want to hear more lies.
I still keep going back to June 15th with Cindy taking Caylee to the nursing home because Cindy was the last known person to see Caylee. During the OTR interview, it just seemed no details came out about the evening of the 15th of June. I am looking for "when Caylee and I (Cindy) came back to the house after visiting with great-grandpa, we had some dinner, I gave Caylee a bath and so on.
Like what happened when Cindy and Caylee came back to the house? Was George home, was Casey there, did Casey come home later? WHAT!!!
All I heard was Cindy saying I heard "them" in the bedroom and didn't see them the morning of June 16th, but George has it down to the minute 12:50 PM as he was watching the Food Channel his favorite show.
From let's say 6:00 PM on June 15th until 12:50 PM on June 16th, you mean to tell me a 2 1/2 year old was in a room for all those hours? No breakfast, no lunch, no play-time, no bath. This makes no sense to me at all.
Something is really wrong with this picture. Doting grandparents love to be with their grandchildren, fixing them breakfast, reading books, etc. They would even want the child to get up and start doing things.

6/16/08 - George sees Casey and Caylee at 12:50 PM with backpacks on their way out the door.
My question: Did George see Caylee have lunch, breakfast, use potty, bath, playing etc.? A child may get up at 7:00 AM to almost 1:00 PM that 6 hours of unaccountable time in that household. Is there a bathroom in Casey's room?
6/16/08 - George leaves for work at 2:30 PM
6/16/08 - starting at 3:00 PM and ending at 4:00 PM there are numerous phone calls from Casey to her father, mother and friends. Quick phone calls although cellphone records would show a minute because you are charged a minute even if the call is 2 seconds.
My question: How far is it from the Anthony household to George's employment? Did George really have a job at that time? (Cindy said at the bond hearing George just started a new job on July 15th.) Why didn't George have his cellphone on? Could it be because of "pings" re" his whereabouts?
Thinking out loud: All these phone calls are within 2 hours after Casey left her parents house with Caylee. I find it very odd, that Cindy and George didn't answer Casey's calls within that hour. I know they both maybe at work, but most folks working leave their cell phones on "perhaps" on vibrator mode" so they know when they get a phone call. George is suppose to be en-route to his house and Casey starts calling Cindy/George etc. at 3:00 PM.

6/17/08 - "Allegedly" it is now suspect that Casey pretended to be "Zanny" and filled out a guest card at the Sawgrass Apartments on June 17, 2008 rather than what was reported as April 17, 2008.
My question: Is there a time on that guest card?
6/17/08 - I believe Mark reported on numerous phone calls back to back on the 17th of June also.
Note to self ... watch tape again! :)

6/18/08 - Mark Furhman feels the shovel was borrowed from the neighbor as well as the same day the neighbor sees Casey's car backed into the driveway.
My thoughts: Neighbor needs to try an pin point a time Casey borrowed the shovel. Was it after 2:30 PM when George apparently goes to work?
Based on the above time-frame, I feel June 16th is the last day Caylee took a breath of air ~2:00 - 2:30 PM
I feel that Casey borrowed the shovel on June 17, 2008 after Casey back into the driveway and went across the street to get the shovel, Casey brought Caylee out of the trunk and Casey went through the garage to the backyard.
I feel Casey put Caylee on the ground and then put the ladder in the pool. When she realized the pool idea wasn't a good one, she went to another area, possibly near the playhouse and put Caylee down and was going to attempt to dig a hole under the playhouse knowing fully a concrete slab was going to be placed there on July 4th.
I also feel that the shed was broken into on June 17th. George tells Greta he believes the last time he was in the shed was Sunday which would be June 22nd, but I think he was last in the shed on June 15th, Father's Day, while Cindy and Caylee were at the nursing home.
I still hear Casey's words "She is close to home".
I so want LE to break through that concrete and take a better look.

George Anthony Speaks About Investigation

This Sunday it will be 56 days since nearly 3-year-old Caylee Anthony was last seen.
George Anthony spoke extensively with WESH 2 News on Sunday. He spoke, for the first time, about new evidence in gas cans that were removed from his home by investigators on Friday.
George Anthony said he asked his daughter in jail on Sunday, "Where is Caylee?" In a one-on-one interview with WESH 2 News' Bob Kealing, he explained his daughter's reply.
"'She's safe. I'm worried about the family,'" he said Casey Anthony told him. "She knows who has her daughter. I've got to believe her. Do I believe she got involved in something? Possibly, I don't know."
He said he had no problem with law enforcement taking a pair of gas cans as evidence from his home on Friday.
"My gas cans were stolen on the 24th of June. There's a report on that," he said. "They just wanted to come in and line everything up. They're doing a thorough investigation. I said, 'You guys do what you need to do. Take the shingles off my roof to bring my granddaughter back.'"
Sources close to the investigation said George Anthony admitted to the FBI that, when he first smelled his daughter's car, he thought it was the odor of a body.
"It was an overpowering smell, I admit that," he said. "It's a possibility that maybe my daughter ran over something."
He said that he now believes the smell came from the combination of a rotting pizza and a cleaning fluid bottle being left in a hot car for 15 days. George Anthony said his daughter told him about a jailhouse letter she wrote.
"My daughter said, 'Dad, I've written some things and given it to Mr. Baez,'" he said. "That's all she said, and I said, 'OK.'"
George Anthony said Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, has finished the paperwork to take her bond appeal to the Florida Supreme Court.
Authorities also confirmed on Sunday that Casey Anthony's on-again, off-again boyfriend Jesse Grund admitted to law enforcement last week that, in a June 24 cell phone conversation, he did not hear Caylee in the background.
He said he only heard Casey Anthony tell her daughter to get off a table.
George Anthony said that controversial photographs released of Casey Anthony partying date back to when she was pregnant. He said the family feels strongly that none of the photos were taken after the time Caylee disappeared.
Casey Anthony told her father that she is writing a lot and has turned all of that over to Baez.

Bryan Crews, attorney representing the family of Jesus Ortiz said on Wednesday that as far as they know, Ortiz is not the father of missing toddler Caylee Anthony.
Ortiz, 21, died in a car crash in Orlando in Feb. 2008. He attended Colonial High School with Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony.
In recent weeks, rumors surfaced on the Internet that Ortiz could be the father of Caylee.
The attorney representing Ortiz's parents said the family is close-knit and they claim they've never heard of or met Casey Anthony.
But they're not completely dismissing the possibility that Ortiz could be the father.
"Miss Anthony never told the family Jesus was the father or that he might be the father. In fact, the family has never met her and does not know her," attorney Bryan Crews said. "If the child is indeed their grandchild and alive, that is all they have left of their son, Jesus Ortiz. They would like to get to know the child if she is indeed still alive."
Crews said as far as the family of Ortiz knows, Casey Anthony and their son never dated, and they have no knowledge of their son ever taking a paternity test.
The Orange County Sheriff's Office requested a copy of a report from the Florida Highway Patrol on the crash in which Ortiz died.

When I learned about the "alleged" father of Caylee was deceased, in the back of my head I wondered if this was just another one of Casey's lies.
I posted on another forum my thoughts of when did Casey start telling people about the fact that Caylee's father died. What did she tell her family and friend's about Caylee's father before this young man died? Caylee, at the time of this young man's death was 21 months old, and soon she will be 3!
I just feel deeply for the Ortiz family finding out this way, through the media, perhaps because of a lie, knowing now they may have a potential granddaughter, who is now missing for nearly 60 days and they never met her, knew nothing about her, and yet
are praying for Caylee's safe return like so many of us who are praying, but with the Ortiz family, they just may be praying for their granddaughter.
If the Ortiz's son is not the father of Caylee, then I strongly suggest every single male that had contact with Casey get their DNA tested so we can give this precious child a father. Every single little girl in this world needs their "daddy".
I pray everyday that Caylee is found safe and sound just waiting to be picked up. Although I want Caylee to come home, but I don't want her to go back to the Anthony's until they resolve all the issues they have within their being. There is clearly something "off balance" in the entire family.
I watched Beach Patrol the other day where a little 3 year-old boy was found wondering around by himself. The brought the child to the lifeguard station, the child gave his name and they announced the child on the speakers throughout Miami Beach. They rode up and down calling for this child's mother. Normally when a mother's child is not in sight, they panic and seek help, but in this case, no mother showed up. After nearly an hour, they decided they were going to bring the child to Children and Family Services. Just as they were heading to a vehicle the mother shows up. No emotion, no panic ... nothing. The lifeguards expressed their concerns over her lack of concern.
That show made me think of Cindy and her lack of feelings.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Two Orange County Sheriff's Office crime scene investigation technicians paid a visit to the Anthony home in East Orlando on Wednesday.
The technicians took a cart and a box of latex gloves inside with them.
Lead investigator John Allen was also at the home. Authorities said more evidence was being taken from the home for FBI testing.
When investigators left more than two hours later, Allen had little to say about what was taken from the home.
Last week, investigators made another visit to the home and took two large paper bags containing gas cans. Caylee's grandfather, George Anthony, accompanied investigators for that search.
The gas cans investigators took from the Anthony home last week were in the shed behind the house.
Caylee's grandmother, Cindy Anthony, said her husband went to mow the grass and the shed's lock was broken and the cans were gone so he filed a police report.
Cindy Anthony said her daughter, Casey Anthony, fessed up to taking the gas cans because her car ran out of gas.
She says the cans are irrelevant to the case, and that her daughter was simply embarrassed that her car had run out of gas.
"She didn't want him to know. She thought she could put them back and leave him a note of apology. There was no Caylee in the back of the car. There was nothing else in the back of the car except normal stuff," Cindy Anthony said. She went on to say that her daughter is now a victim, just like Caylee.
"Casey has spoken. She has spoken. They don't listen and I can't go into more of that because again, that is part of the investigation ," Cindy Anthony said. As to how the investigation is going, Caylee's grandmother said the public needs to use their common sense.
She said the gas cans were taken from the home by investigators last week because there were other fingerprints on them besides the Anthony family's.
Wednesday's visit is the third time investigators have searched the Anthony home since Caylee has been missing.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Two Orange County Sheriff's Office crime scene investigation technicians paid a visit to the Anthony home in East Orlando on Wednesday.
The technicians took a cart and a box of latex gloves inside with them.
Lead investigator John Allen was also at the home. Authorities said more evidence was being taken from the home for FBI testing.
When investigators left more than two hours later, Allen had little to say about what was taken from the home.
Last week, investigators made another visit to the home and took two large paper bags containing gas cans. Caylee's grandfather, George Anthony, accompanied investigators for that search.
The gas cans investigators took from the Anthony home last week were in the shed behind the house.
Caylee's grandmother, Cindy Anthony, said her husband went to mow the grass and the shed's lock was broken and the cans were gone so he filed a police report.
Cindy Anthony said her daughter, Casey Anthony, fessed up to taking the gas cans because her car ran out of gas.
She says the cans are irrelevant to the case, and that her daughter was simply embarrassed that her car had run out of gas.
"She didn't want him to know. She thought she could put them back and leave him a note of apology. There was no Caylee in the back of the car. There was nothing else in the back of the car except normal stuff," Cindy Anthony said. She went on to say that her daughter is now a victim, just like Caylee.
"Casey has spoken. She has spoken. They don't listen and I can't go into more of that because again, that is part of the investigation ," Cindy Anthony said. As to how the investigation is going, Caylee's grandmother said the public needs to use their common sense.
She said the gas cans were taken from the home by investigators last week because there were other fingerprints on them besides the Anthony family's.
Wednesday's visit is the third time investigators have searched the Anthony home since Caylee has been missing.

On 06/22/2006, between approximately 1800 and 1000 hours 06/24/2008, unknown suspect(s) entered his shed. This resulted in damage to the lock and the door The suspect(s) then removed the following items: 2 gas cans with about $50.00 worth of gas in them.
The victim stated that the shed was secured and no one had permission to enter or remove property. The victim estimated the total value of items taken to be $ 50.00 and the damage to be $ 50.00.
The victim gave a sworn written statement and wishes to testify and prosecute. The items stolen were not entered into teletype as stolen due to the fact that the victim could not provide serial numbers for the items.
I examined the crime scene and found the following: The shed door and the lock to the door were damaged and where the victim said his gas cans were is now empty. I attempted to dust for the presence of latent fingerprints and did not any latents. I provided the victim with a victim's rights pamphlet and a case card. At this time, there have been no witnesses or suspects located.

George Anthony says in this video, LE doesn't read what Casey is writing but watches what Casey is writing. HUH??? George knows that LE reads all correspondence that goes out of the jail UNLESS it is to her attorney, in most cases.
Cindy Anthony doesn't even know if Casey has access to a pen and paper. Well Cindy, in most cases, the family sends paper, I think 5 sheets are allowed, as well as stamped envelopes to the inmates. I believe the inmate purchases a pencil. Pens are normally not allowed in jail!
No letter, no letter has been sent to the Attorney.
Maggots In The Pizza
Maggots are fly larvae. Flies land on the body, lay eggs, and the larvae feed until they hatch. Then the cycle repeats itself.
If a person dies in a hermetically sealed clean room, maggots would not appear unless the flay larvae were already there. If they died outside the room and were brought in, the eggs were already laid.
This actually makes sense to me now and I will explain why. I have dogs that do their business outside and within minutes you can see flys flying around the "poop". When I pick it up and place it in a bag, within days maggots appear.
When you think of it, while you are outside having a bar-be-que, those flies land on food all the time. Place that food in a bag in a car or trash maggots will appear.
I am not saying they were in the pizza, but I feel at some point flys landed on Caylee, like they would land on me while walking around and drop an egg. If Caylee was placed in the trunk at some point after she died, these maggots will appear for sure as well as hanging out on the pizza.
I also feel the Anthony's dispose of their dog and cat waste in the trash, which will also bring on the maggots.
I still rule out the pizza theory!

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- By now you know Casey Anthony is Caylee's mother, but detectives want to know who the father is. It's a question Casey's own family can't answer, but there are some clues.
Channel 9 has learned the Orange County Sheriff’s Office is interested in an FHP crash report that might be a clue as to who Caylee’s father actually is or may reveal another lie told by the little girl’s mother.
Eyewitness News spent the day knocking on doors Monday looking for relatives and friends of Jesus Ortiz, a 21-year-old killed in a car crash. In death, he's being dragged into the Caylee Anthony saga.
"I've never heard that name before," Cindy Anthony told Eyewitness News.
Caylee's grandmother Cindy claims no knowledge of Ortiz, slthough she has said Caylee's father was killed in a car crash. That crash investigation included a blood test for toxicology. Now investigators may use that sample in a post-mortem paternity test.
There seems to be a very interesting clue on the Internet, as well. Jesus Ortiz's MySpace page is still online and a condolence message was left in the name of none other than Caylee Marie Anthony.
Meanwhile, when Channel 9's Jeff Deal approached the potential father's family, they were shocked at the mere possibility that Jesus might be Caylee's father.
"The father? No," family members told Eyewitness News Monday.
Another possibility has been tossed around as well, that even Casey doesn't know who Caylee's father is and made up yet another lie about the mystery father who died in a car accident.
The medical examiner's office said the blood is still available for a paternity test. In the crash, Ortiz was found at fault and alcohol was not involved.

When you look at ALL the FACTS, there isn't much at all to go on in finding Caylee.
The FACT that LE has the shovel, car, cell-phone records, computers and items taken on Friday, August 1st, will be what will bring this case to a beginning or and end.
I can only pray from deep in my sole that somewhere in the AT&T calls or message, preferably a message will reveal something. Casey is smart, conniving, manipulative, cunning and arrogant, chances of Casey every revealing where Caylee is ... will be a miracle in it's self. I can only pray Casey finds her soul again and let's LE know where Caylee is.
Soon Caylee will be 3 on August 9th. A day where a 3 year-old starts to understand what a birthday party is really all about!
I wish I could bring a poster size photo of when Casey gave birth to Caylee 3 years ago and held Caylee for the first time. I want her to look at that picture over and over again and remember how Casey felt when she held Caylee for the first time. Actually I hope Casey felt something on that day she held Caylee.

Caylee With Great-GrandPa On Father's Day - July 15, 2008
This picture, although a beautiful site seeing Caylee in the arms of her great-grandfather, the picture has haunted me because of the look in Caylee's eyes. Actually when you look into Great-GrandPa's eyes, I see the same thing ... FEAR!
What is happening at that moment at the nursing home which changed from the video of a happy little girl reading from a children's book.
Sure, she could be tired as well as Great-GrandPa, but something just doesn't feel right to me.
In any event, in order to get it out of my head, I had to post it here for me to see.

Update: Open Letter To Deputy Sheriff Carlos Padilla
Up until Friday, August 1, 2008, I have had no problems what-so-ever with all the briefings you gave to the media or any of the information you spoke about on any of the Morning Shows, or Cable News Shows.
I even respected the fact that during your media briefing on Friday, August 1, 2008 you didn't reveal any information to the media as the general public was watching in anticipation for "bigger news".
However, after watching "Geraldo" last night (August 2, 2008), it was reported and confirmed that you clearly told the FOX news reporter that it was gas cans that were taken by CSI on Friday from the Anthony home.
Also just about every online newspaper, TV stations etc., are saying: "sources said, local investigators said etc., etc., that CSI took gas cans from the Anthony home."
I like facts, not speculation from journalists running around and speculating or giving the general public information from sources, local investigators and revealing that it is "confirmed" that they spoke with Deputy Carlos Padilla and this is what was said.
So, Deputy Padilla, if you truly said that "gas cans" were removed from the Anthony's house, please share this with the general public and either confirm or deny the reporting by FOX as well as other local or cable news stations.

George Anthony Solves Mystery Of Stolen Gas

On June 22, 2008, George reported to the police that two gas cans were stolen from his shed. In the police log of crime reported this incident shows up as 6/22/08. However on the incident report made, the date of the stolen gas cans are from June 23rd to June 24th 2008.

Casey Anthony Fox News Report - August 2, 2008
FOX, the letter that Lee and Casey were talking about, one copy of the letter would go to authorities and the other would go to her Attorney. Based on that conversation of "trust", she wants to make sure what goes to the authorities is the same as to her attorney. People in jail are only allowed to write in pencil.
I am not sure why Casey said "rec" time as in recreational time. This might be to make Lee feel sorry for her as he doesn't have a clue what happens inside a jail. Most of their time is sitting in their cell, or within a certain area.
I highly suggest FOX call the jail and find out the daily schedule of an inmate rather than speculating on what "rec" means.

Where Is Caylee?
Every day I wake up with Caylee on my mind as well as so many other people across the world. Sometimes I think today is the day Caylee will be found. Or perhaps, Casey will be forthright and tell Law Enforcement everything about what happened to Caylee, good, bad or indifferent.
At this point, I don't really care what kind of lifestyle Casey may have been involved in. I don't care if Casey just wanted to be "free from responsibility". I don't care if Casey was involved with drugs or a gang. All I want is for Casey to care about Caylee and give up the information so Caylee can be found.
When I listen to the stories about "well Casey doesn't want LE to know exactly where Caylee is in fear this "person(s)" will hurt Caylee, well at this point, let LE know so they can get into where Caylee is "allegedly" at and let them deal with the situation.
I was 20 when I brought by son into the world 40 years ago. My son's father was never involved in my son's life. I got my own apartment, worked two jobs to keep a roof over our head. I put my child in day care so he was safe while I worked. When I went to my "part-time" job I had a reliable babysitter and would call her during my work-hours to see how everything was going.
Sure, at 20, I was still young and wanted to enjoy life, especially in the late 60's early 70's, but I knew I had a responsibility to my son. If I ever wanted to go out, I always had second thoughts because if I spent money on me, I was taking it away from my son. My son was my first priority in life!
I even have issues with myself if I board my dog. I want to know exactly what the place is like, check out if there were any complaints against the establishment and so on and so on.
I don't ever give up so easily the precious things in my life, especially a child to some stranger without knowing everything about them.
There are a lot of scenarios on what happened to Caylee from the last day she was seen by family and I have thought of many myself. But right now, whatever the actual facts are, let's get them out on the table so Caylee can come home.
So many of us fear Caylee is no longer with us, and it is heartbreaking to even write this in my blog. I just want her to come back to the family so this precious child will be at peace and just not out there in this gigantic world all alone!
The only thing that gives me some peace is that I feel Caylee is being held in the arms of the dear Lord as he soothes this precious angel from all Caylee had to endure with being shuffled in her little life from place to place.
Regarding Casey, well I foresee a trial, pretty much like the Scott Peterson trial as Casey just sitting there "stone-faced", emotionaless, cold-hearted, and unattached to her surroundings of the real world.
I feel George Anthony will eventually doen the road leave Cindy again. Right now he is there for his family but not for long once this mystery is resolved or after the trial is over.
I feel for Casey's brother Lee as I see him doing what I use to do for my own brother. My brother lied a lot and I tried to help until I realized all the lies. I think Lee is at that point and it's hard for a sibling to give up on another sibling, but Lee, you hit a wall of lies with Casey and you really need to stop. Following through on what you are being fed is just enabling Casey to continue with her lies.
We all heard the lies especially when Casey said on the 911 call when she said she received a call and then called back and the phone was no longer in service. But then in a jailhouse phone call, Casey said she spoke to Caylee and the call came through a private number. You can't call back a private number and you certainly can't call back a number within a moments time and hear that the phone was no longer in service. It just doesn't happen that way.
If this was me, and I heard that statement about the private message, this is when I would have thrown my hands up in the air and said "I'm done with this crap!"
What bothered me is when Lee asked about Caylee and Casey went through this, well the physc ask me last night and Mom asked me at the visit and the court ordered phys asked me this morning .... blah, blah , blah ... all the way until Casey then decided to say "I feel she (not using Caylee's name) is alive and I feel in my gut she (not using Caylee's name" is close to home. WTF!
Benefit Held for Cayle Anthony and Other Missing Children - August 1, 2008
I couldn't find much regarding the outcome of the Benefit held on Friday, August 1, 2008 regarding what occured, how much was raised etc., etc.

OTR Needs To Stop Analyzing The Stolen Gas Cans
I listened to the piece from OTR where the host is saying … “The Anthony’s contacted the police because 2 gas cans were missing from the shed, why didn’t they report Caylee missing at that time?”
At times, journalist annoy the heck out of me to a point I could scream!!!
OTR, listen to me … at the time of the report of the two missing gas cans from the shed, Caylee really wasn’t “missing”.
Casey and Cayle left Casey’s parents home “allegedly” on June 16th. From June 16th to June 22, 2008, the date of the report of the robbery, this is only SIX DAYS!!!
Why would the grandparents also report Caylee missing on June 22nd when they spotted the gas can were stolen? There was no reason for them to report Caylee missing.
