I don’t have a tv because I don’t like to watch all the bad news. Low and behold the one story I click on the internet to read about in November 2008 is about some girl who looks familiar to me for some reason and when i read the story to find out why it is hearbreaking. I didn’t wait a year to tell my story. I called the numbers we were supposed to call several times, left my information several times and no one called me back. I finally had to go to the local police department to make a statement just to get the pressure off my chest.

There is a lot of good and bad in this blog. There are a lot of good and bad people in this blog … just like life. I would like everyone who reads your blog to know we should all be putting Caley first in our thoughts and prayers because no one else did when she was alive. Maybe we can help prevent this from happening again … or at least reduce the number of times it happens in the future. Regarding this specific post, and the obsession with details about Walmart, everyone who reads your blog should know I told you that there was someone who was killed in a walmart somewhere … i wasn’t sure why, when, how or where … and it was shortly thereafter they changed the doors at WalMarts throughout the country … all of which was after Caley dissappeared. They pulled out the manual doors and put in blowers where the foyer doors used to be and fully automatic doors on the outside as a matter of course and standard proceedure like WalMart always does. Fundamental research on the internet indicates Jdimytai Damour, 34, a temporary worker, was crushed as he and other employees tried to unlock the doors of the Wal-Mart at Green Acres Mall … and maybe another or two elsewhere … not Casselberry! Also, there is one woman in particular who has made a living suing Walmart over 6 times where she was trampled or stampeded by other Walmart customers … I think in the New York area … but it doesn’t matter. The Casselberry building inspector may have info on the updates. Also, you must also realize the Casselberry walmart also upgraded its grocery store, main entrance, and other areas shortly after Casey’s visit, and you can’t rely on asking the senior citizens who work there for their opinion because they simply don’t know. Remember, I was an Officer in the Military and completed over 185 JAG investigations myself so I have an excellent memory and attention to detail better than most. My vision is 20/20 or better and I am smart so I know what I saw no doubt. However, irregardless of the door details, which truly do not matter, nothing will ever change the fact I saw Casey Anthony walking about 10 feet in front of Caley Anthony with a zombie and distant look on her face as her daughter desperately trailed behind her looking hot, distraught, abandoned, sweaty and flustered. The entire time I saw Casey and Caley at WalMart Casey never once looked back to check on her daughter. Yes, I stopped in my tracks turned around and watched because that is how unusual it was and why I remember it so vividly. I might add that Casey was dressed nicer than she was the day she was in my computer store the week before, and what gets me upset when I remember this event, or have nightmares about it on a regular basis, is although Casey had done herself up to look her best, poor Caley really looked like crap and that is unexcusable. When Casey came into my store she was wearing a white halter type top and tan shorts. I remember this because my first thought when this girl came in working her cleavage was she was up to something and was trying to use her looks and cleavage to sell me something or scam me. I am older than Casey and she didn’t realize us old dogs have seen this trick before, can recognize it quickly and are immune to it. So show your cleavage all you want but I ain’t buying what you’re selling. When I saw Casey at Walmart I remember a nicer looking white/cream blouse with a type of frill on it (that still showed cleavage … though not as much as when she was in my store) and a type of black or dark gray pants, hot pants, or hot shorts. I want to say I vaguely remember some type of pin stripe but I can only say that it is possible her pants had a stripe on them, but cant be sure. As soon as I saw Caylee struggling behind her I focused on Caylee and not on Casey’s rear end as she was walking out. I rember that whatever pant type she was wearing they were tight and showed off her figure as much as she could but do not remember the pants she was wearing in Walmart as vividly as I do the shorts she wore in my store because I focused my attention on Caley. Caley in my store was wearing some type of jean skirt/shorts and a purplish shirt, and at Walmart Caley was wearing some type of jean skirt/shorts and either a pink shirt or a white shirt with pink flowers on it. I also seem to remember there were some stripes somewhere but honestly cant remember at this time from what … mayber her socks? She did seem to have on some type of white sneakers which seemed normal. I do briefly remember thinking she didn’t match very well and most moms take a lot more pride and care in dressing their daughters in cute outfits. Caley’s hair was pulled up in the back with some type of band and her hair was sweaty just as she was all sweaty … but her mom wasn’t. Although I had originally wanted to asked Casey if she had purchased a monitor for her laptop yet, when I saw how she treated her daughter it made me sick and I decided not to bother with her. I really despise bad mothers and don’t want anything to do with them … even moreso after meeting Casey. To this day, and each and every day since I wish I had stopped her and asked Casey about that monitor … just so I could have looked into why she was letting her daughter walk so far behind and why her daughter was so hot, flustered, determined, and frustrated … and possibly saved that little girl from being possibly drugged and put in the trunk of Casey’s car … perhaps right in the Walmart parking lot right after I saw her. Any caring parent such as myself notices these things and it was obvious Casey did not. Regarding cell phone pings and towers and all of that, as a technician I know that cell phones usually work off of 3 towers at anyone time and one of the 3 may be the primary one at the time for any reason, one of them being distance, another one being traffic load and problems. Casey wasn’t on her cell phone when she came out of Walmart otherwise I would not have thought about bugging her about the monitor because that would have been rude. But I have no way of knowing what cell phone towers are in the area and can’t testify to that … just the fact I witnessed Casey and Caley in Walmart on the day after Father’s Day. Either way, I saw what I saw and I am 110% certain I saw Casey coming out of the Casselberry Walmart the day after Father’s Day. Unfortunately nothing will ever change that. I wish Caley was still alive and none of this ever happened, but I can’t change the past. Father’s Day means alot to me and to me father’s day is not about fathers, but instead is a day to love and appreciate our children. That is why I noticed Caley so much this particular day, why I noticed more about Caley and the way her mother mistreated her more than I normally would. If Casey hadn’t already been in my store and acted crazy jealous and pissy towards Caley I wouldn’t have recognized her at WalMart. Also, if it hadn’t been the day after Fathers Day, I probably would have noticed Caley who looks so much like me and my own daughter it made me notice and remember her. Caley looks so much like me should could be my own kid. I wish she had been so she would be safe today. One of the reasons I took the time to be nice to Caley in my store and try to put a smile on her face is because she looks like my own daughter and I love children. But let’s leave it at that as I want to keep my family out of this issue and away from all of the mean people on the internet and in this case who do not have the best of intentions. Regarding the time line, what I saw is what I saw regardless of the time. I stated approximately 4pm as my best guess for the time of the day because I had a Rotary meeting until 2pm so I knew it was after that. It takes me 15 minutest to get back to my store from Rotary, then say an hour to take care of issues, 30 minutes to handle a client on the way, then 15 minutes to get to WalMart … at least 2 hours to get from my Rotary meeting to Walmart. I donate all of my spare time and money to community and charity work and have no time for myself. When I work at my store during the night shift I take lunch whenever things get a little slow and I like to go before the late afternoon / early evening traffic as a matter of habit. Plus, I only shop at the Casselberry Walmart so it couldn’t have been anywhere else. The sun was going down and it was no longer the hottest part of the day, but it was not down yet and it was still light so around or after 4pm seems like a reasonable estimate on my behalf. Regarding publicity, my phone rings off the hook with crank calls, harrassers, mean people, questions, reporters and tv shows and I do my best to politely turn them all down. I have already turned down the Today and other shows and money as well. Justice for Caley is what matters, not publicity or money. God decided he wanted me to be where I was when I was for a reason, and if it wasn’t to save Caley, then it must be to help her get justice and be her Champion if no one else will be. You try sleeping at night when you have a reoccurring nightmare of seeing Casey and Caley walking out of Walmart every night and you desparately try to figure out ways to go back in time and save that little girl. I certainly don’t see her grandparents or any other family members or friends doing what they should to set things right. It seems Casey’s parents and others are lying and conspiring and doing everything they can to protect Casey instead of doing what is right. I hope and pray God will work on the hearts of Casey and her parents and have them come clean. I am willing to endure all of these hardships and questions of my integrity for Caylee and testify on behalf of Caylee because she is worth it and deserves honest and decent people standing up for her … and not all the scumbags out there trying to get some fame off of her because all those people are just sick! I just want anyone else who may have also seen Casey and Caley around this timeframe to come forward too. The purpose of this blog should be to help build a stronger case. Period. She had to eat, get gas, wait in line, whatever. Someone had to be around her in Walmart when she was shopping. Someone had to be behind her in line when she purchased something. When Casey came out, I noticed she purchased something small in the bag she had in her hands … a small box or bottle, but of course couldn’t tell what it was … but she held it close to her chest in her hands like you do when you don’t want anyone to see what you purchased …. and I was hoping the detectives could go to walmart and have them look up the security camera footage and register purchases that day for benadryl or other medications which make you sleepy, duct tape, condoms, or some other type of contraceptive. My opinion based on my first hand sighting just before Caley disappeared is Casey was eager to make her relationship with her new boyfriend work and she didn’t want Caley getting in the way of her having sex with him so she could use all of the tools at her disposal to make it work. Remember, I saw her first hand and this girl was hot to trot and on the prowl. I was keen enough to observe this for my own protection and stay away. Shortly after I saw her and Caley leaving Walmart Casey probably did whatever was easiest and laziest and drugged up Caley and left her in the car or the trunk while she was consumating her relationship with her boyfriend. Maybe she had done this alot before. Maybe when she was done having sex with her boyfriend and went to check on Caley that she discovered too late that Caley was dead due to an overdoes of whatever drug she gave her … so she panicked and put her in the trunk and over the course of time concocted her crazy story. However, this is the job of the prosecuters and we have no way of knowing how she truly killed Caley. I would assume the security cameras in her boyfriends apartment complex or housing subdivision have already been checked? What about the security cameras around his neighborhood? What does the boyfriend say???

IMO, James Thompson may have spotted someone that looked like Casey and Caylee, but it was not Casey and Caylee.

The door siuation doesn't make sense.

He called the numbers several times, left his information several times and no one called him back.

The state released ALL the tips and calls to Crime Stoppers, so if there was a call or calls, there will be a record of it.

There was a document dump that had all the tips, it might be worth checking that document dump.

This is a statement by my client and she's authorized me to a make a statement to the public with regards to tomorrow's memorial.

I miss Caylee every day and every minute of every day. I can't be there for Caylee's funeral, but some day I want to go and visit her grave and tell her how much I miss her.

I allowed my parents to be in charge for the funeral for Caylee. I told them I wanted her buried in a casket and I wanted there to be a gravestone so I could go and visit her. I asked them if there could only be a private funeral for just the family.

I know they cremated her. I still don't want a public event with cameras and everybody around for Caylee's service, but I can't stop my parents from doing what they want. I truly hope that it will help them.

What an bitch Casey is on this video. She is making herself look like a victim and is blaming her parents for not getting her out of jail. Casey says: "you missed the opportunity".

Casey made the choice to see her father and when you watch the video, you can see how frustrated Casey is with her mother but her father is like "mush" in Casey's hands. Cindy is a strong woman and pushes really hard. Cindy is deflated in this video.

Casey was miserable on the day of Caylee's 3rd birthday. RIGHT! Casey keeps playing that victim role!!!! You can hear Casey being annoyed thinking there was a lot of people at her parents home on Caylee's birthday and it was only the family.

In this video there is a lot of jealousy between Casey, her mother and family, feeling she is being left out of the loop. Well, of course she is because she is in friggin jail for what she did to Caylee.

Sad to hear how grateful George is for getting the chance to see Casey.

VAN SUSTEREN: Very well. So Tim, has the defense or the prosecution reached out to you said, I want this from you, or, I want something?

MILLER: No, absolutely not. I heard yesterday that there was a motion to get our records, and then I heard today that the judge was in favor of Baez. And we were never notified by the court, never notified by anybody. And you know, we’re going to live up to what the judge says, but you know, I’ve got some — I got a few problems there.

Number one, I’ve talked to my counsel late this afternoon. He’s in one state, I’m in another. And they’ve got to realize we’ve got a very small office, two volunteers in there. We’ve got over 20,000 pieces of paper. That’s going to be extremely time-consuming and costly.

And my other concern, of course, is all the volunteers that came out there and gave everything from their heart, whether anybody’s thinking about — because, Greta, what we do is we give that information to the police when they ask for it because it has all their personal information on it. I just don’t know if anybody thought about whether these 4,000-plus people, all their personal information needs to be given to somebody that we don’t know what’s going to happen to.

So I’ve got some questions. I’m working with counsel on that. And again, we’ll obey any order the judge gives us, but again, I’m disappointed I wasn’t notified, but you know, we’ll see where this is going to head from here.

VAN SUSTEREN: In terms of the search that Equusearch did, do you know if Equusearch searched the area where, ultimately, the remains of Caylee were found?

MILLER: We most definitely did search that area, Greta. And the first time we were there — of course, you know, we got there the very beginning of September, and that was right after Tropical Storm Fay came in, and the water was so high and — and I got a lot of criticism when I suspended the search because I said, You know what? I’m afraid that little body’s under the water. If it is, she’s just totally skeletonized. And I don’t want a horse to step on her or a ground searcher to step on her or a four-wheeler drive over her and take a chance on pushing that little body down in the mud and jeopardize any chance of her ever being located, so I suspended the search.

November, we went back and we searched that area again. And at the area — because I physically went to the area the day that Caylee’s body was found. And that area again in November, when we searched it, that exact area where Caylee was at was under water still.
And again, I made the decision we are not going to do any searches in water because this is a tiny little skeleton and we’re not going to jeopardize it. And the land owner adjacent to where Caylee’s body was found stated his own self that approximately a week-and-a-half before Caylee’s body was found is when the water level went down to the point that you may have been able to see something back there.

So I think we made the right choices. We was there, and you know, we — we don’t have a thing in the world to be ashamed of. I know that.

I have watched Gale's video over and over again and when you see one of the dog's reactions WHILE the windows were open, the dog clearly starts to "pant" really heavily as soon as they turn the corner off of Hope Spring and Surburban.

I have a feeling that the meter reader spotted Gale's vehicle in the area while he was reading meters and decided to stop and look based on the fact he spotted Gale in that area. I sure wish I knew what time of day Gale was in the area.

I still have not ruled out other "suspicious" reasons on how the meter reader went to the area where Gale was at some point on August 11, 2008.

The grandparents of slain toddler Caylee Anthony said Tuesday they will hold private and public memorials and asked people not to donate any money toward funeral expenses.

The Anthonys' family lawyer said Tuesday (December 30, 2008) that reports that they were seeking donations for Caylee's funeral are incorrect.

"It is important that people's kind donations of hard-earned money during difficult times go toward their intended wishes," said attorney Brad Conway. "All money currently held in any account dedicated to finding Caylee will be given to an as-yet-undetermined nonprofit organization devoted to finding missing children."

No day or place has been announced.

Unfortunately, I have made the decision that it is best not to continue my representation of George and Cindy Anthony.

George and Cindy have a belief that their beloved granddaughter, Caylee, is still alive. Tips and leads continue to come in. I believe strongly that they should have every right to maintain their hope and faith that one of these "sightings" will miraculously be the one that brings Caylee home to them. What parent or grandparent would surrender such hope? Who is one person to tell another parent or grandparent when it is time for them to abandon their faith? When does a stranger have the right to judge another who has endured such a loss? The attacks made against them by some are deplorable. Let them be to do what they feel they must to find their beloved granddaughter, Caylee. Knowing this case as well as probably anyone on earth, there is no doubt that they do not know where Caylee is. Allow them to walk their own path.

I only agreed to represent George and Cindy Anthony, so long as there were no restrictions placed on me whatsoever as to finding Caylee, regardless of where this might lead. Quite simply, this meant that I could do whatever I needed to find Caylee whether she was alive or not. It impressed me that George and Cindy, both believing that Caylee was still with us, had an overriding and primary concern in finding Caylee, even if the result was not as they would hope. The other condition I required was that I would have absolutely nothing to do with representing Casey or assisting in her legal defense.

Abundant efforts have been made towards finding Caylee. I have worked with so many involved in this matter towards the goal of finding this dear, missing child who has captured the hearts of so many. Some ignorant and judgmental members of the public though have made hateful and inaccurate accusations against me and others, when they had no idea whatsoever what was really going on. As my new, good friend, Tim Miller from Equusearch, tells me "everybody associated with this case gets body slammed." However, like Tim, when you know in your heart that you're doing the right thing, you just move forward knowing that right will ultimately win out. Some have falsely accused me and some others of being in this for the money. If they only knew how utterly wrong and misguided they are.

I had come to a personal opinion and theory for quite some time whether Caylee was still with us or not. However, my opinion was only one like any other…an opinion. The only person without an opinion though is Casey Anthony as only she knows the truth. I believe that the singular person out of the 6 billion people in the world who holds the key to finding Caylee is her mother, Casey Anthony. Although I was quite successful in resolving a multitude of matters, I am unable to go further to help George and Cindy find Caylee in my current role. I can only provide my best advice and must respect any client's prerogative to do what they deem is best, whether they choose to follow my guidance or not. However, there is little value or use I can provide to any client if they choose to act and comment at will.

As someone who has learned and knows the inner workings and details of the case and its various characters intimately, the rampant sensationalism and unfounded accusations must stop. Allow Cindy and George Anthony the respect and decency of dealing with their hope and efforts to find their missing and beloved Caylee as they need to. Allow those with differing opinions on finding and searching for Caylee, whether she is with us or not, to do their jobs without interruption. Finally, the judicial system is in play and justice will be best served by mindless meddlers staying out of something they know little of. There are many wonderful people involved in efforts to find Caylee and there are, unfortunately, many who are exploiting this child. Sadly, most in the public are clueless about who is doing what and what is really going on. The negative actions of some are only counterproductive and hurtful to the cause of those many good people who are doing so much to do something positive with this most sad and tragic situation. There should only be one goal and that is to find Caylee Marie Anthony.

WTF! This case has more spins then a bottle top. Now the Anthony's are out there like little ants waiting to be stepped on and the door is open for LE for sure now without the protected shield around the Anthony's.

I have this gut feeling there is more to this resignation and it will come out at some point.

My thoughts:

It's time something is done about what the Anthony's know regarding Caylee's disappearance. They have said all along, we know where she is, just can't say where or we are watching the people that have her, or Casey told us in her own way who has Caylee and is afraid to tell LE which apartment it is.

Announcing to the media , the Anthony's plan to have a Press Conference to discuss the details regarding Caylee is just another ploy in the Anthony's mind. If they know where their granddaughter is then let LE know and let them get her. I don't want to hear another interview about "Casey is protecting Caylee from the people that have her."

I sure hope LE has all the phone records from the entire Anthony family from June 15th to July 15th. These phone records need to be matched up with Casey's with all the pings from the towers.

Listening to Cindy say that Casey slept on an air mattress the first week Casey was released from jail under Leonard's Padilla's bond, sure makes me question that statement. Hopefully Leonard will be on Nancy Grace and let the public know one way or another if Casey actually slept in her parents room. If anyone knows the true fact, it would be Leonard based on the fact that the "female Bounty Hunter" lived at the Anthony house. So if Casey slept in her mother's room then the female Bounty Hunter slept there too!

Caylee Anthony Investigations Forum - Shutting Down

I received this email from Rob, who partners with Leonard Padilla in the "Casey Anthony Investigation Forum". This forum was started up a few short months ago with a membership of $9.95, of which, a portion of this membership would be donated to TES.

If it wasn't for Leonard appearing on the Nancy Grace show and asking for donations for TES to get them back to Orlando, there probably wouldn't have been as many searchers as there was the weekend of November 7, 2008.

Although I want to elaborate on my thoughts about what happened regarding the statement TES made, it's best that I don't go in that direction.

It comes with great sadness that I will be closing the forum and refunding all money received. This comes from being exposed to groups like Kidfinders and Tim Miller from Texas EquuSearch. I am shocked and amazed by the actions of these groups.

I am not one to bad mouth someone or give speculation as to one’s motives; however, I will not stand by and have Leonard or myself attacked by people that have no business throwing rocks when they themselves live in glass houses. I will tell it like it is because I was there and I am an eyewitness to the events.

For the last few months Leonard has been on Nancy Grace promoting TES and asking people to donate to his cause as well as offer whatever assistance to the search effort of TES. The publicity of this case through the efforts of Nancy Grace and Leonard Padilla by keeping it in the headlines has generated the participation and funds for TES that Tim himself told us making this the largest search in the history of TES.

Leonard Padilla has covered all expenses of our group out of his own pocket for both trips from California to Florida including the funding for the original bail bond of $500,000.

I am repulsed by the actions of Tim Miller and the fact that he is biting the hand that feeds him; I am not sure how he thought he had received so many donations and response to his search. He is upset because people stopped Leonard or I to take some photos, I am not sure as to what he wanted; us to shun people away or act stuck up, maybe it gave the volunteers something to do as they stood around waiting to start searching while Tim set up his command center and trying to get organized during the morning after the search was already to begin, not sure what he was doing for the four days he was here before the search was to start but I said I wouldn’t get into that.

It has been reported on The Daily BS (I couldn’t have named that site any better…lol) “membership at his forum site, profiting $298,500 as of Monday” now I am not sure what kind of calculator these guys are using but, anyone can go to the forum not even being a member, click on the Statistics tab and see that there are 169 members. Now multiply 169 x $9.95 – the $ 0.59 (that Paypal charges) = $1,581.84 as well as an additional $270.00 in donations.

I have the money for Tim Millers group however where is he, Tim stated on National TV that he was coming into town to conduct the largest search in the nation to find Caylee and that he would not leave town until he found her. Now I am not going to go into the fact that he was here for three days of searching and leaves town when he receives $30,000 to go up and search in North Carolina for another family. Is Tim chasing after lost individuals or is he chasing the money but I will stop here as I said I would not sink to his level. I also realize that helping other families is important but he should not have a problem with us continuing to search.

I will not run from these lies and false statements however, maybe people are right; it is not our job to raise money for this organizations and I will not contribute another ounce of energy to bring money to Tim Miller. I am refunding every dollar to the people that have donated for this effort. I will not be associated with handing Tim one cent that I helped raise for his efforts, if anyone wants to donate to TES please donate direct to them, for I will not be involved. I apologize for not furthering the forum but will concentrate on doing what is our job: reading through the lies and solving the mystery. We are thinkers and our job is to get to the bottom of the lies involved in this crime and the focus should have always been for…. BRINGING CAYLEE HOME.

The same goes for Kidfinders. I know for a fact that this organization as attempted to stop both searches of the water at J. Blanchard Park. Why is this? Why would anyone not want the search for Caylee to continue until she is found? Are we onto something? The only thing that comes to mind is that if Caylee is found, Kidfinders does not receive any more donations. So, who is really exploiting the family?

Thanks for all the kind words on the forum and all the smart thinkers out there. We will be left to continue the search.

As you are aware, Tim Miller, director and founder of Texas EquuSearch, announced yesterday that the search for Caylee was being suspended. Tim said that he felt he had done all he could to find Caylee right now and that he needed to move on to help the family of another missing person.

While all of this was going on yesterday, bounty hunter Leonard Padilla approached Tim and told him that he needed to send divers into the Little Econ River in Blanchard Park. Padilla was convinced that Caylee would be found in the water there, based upon the discovery of a cross necklace that EquuSearch team member Lisa Hoffman had found on a nearby tree during the first search effort. That necklace, according to Padilla, had beads on it that were "identical" to beads that the female bounty hunter (the one who stayed in the house when Casey was out on bond) had seen on jewelry that Casey had allegedly made.

Leonard's theory was that Casey Anthony had transported a deceased Caylee to the park, hung the cross on a tree branch and then threw her in the water.

"I had my people use side-scan sonar to examine that water yesterday and then I went back myself and checked it again," Tim Miller said today in an interview with Investigation Discovery. "I told Leonard that it only takes an hour to scan it and that we had put four or five hours into it just so there would be no question as to whether she was there. I can tell you where every tire is at, I can show you where there is a bucket, where there is an old wheelbarrow and fender from a car. I can show you how deep the water is in every place and what the water temperature is. There is not a body in there."

Despite the fact that Tim had cleared the river, Leonard contacted an amateur news site and made the announcement during a live Internet feed. What followed was a media frenzy, which has left Tim Miller with a sour taste in his mouth.

"We are associated in no way with the actions of Leonard Padilla," Tim told Investigation Discovery. "

Tim also expressed that he was upset with CNN's Nancy Grace, whom he also finds at fault.

"Nancy Grace wanted me to come do her show tonight and I said absolutely not," Tim said. "I told her producer that this is the "Leonard Padilla Show" and that I did not want anything to do with it. I said this is not Leonard's fault, this is Nancy Grace's fault. She puts the clown on TV every night to entertain the public and as a result that has distracted everyone from everything we have been trying to do out here. It is the Leonard Padilla show now and Nancy Grace gave him the power to do it. Leonard has a fan club out there and it has totally turned this into a circus."

Leonard did end up getting a team of divers in the water today. While that search was going on, George and Cindy Anthony arrived on the scene and argued with Padilla about a vigil he is going to have for Caylee tomorrow morning. Cindy told Padilla that he was not doing anything good for Caylee and then threatened to sue him.

Cindy also made a stop at the command post today, during which time she had a pleasant meeting with Tim Miller.

Meanwhile, nothing at all was found during Padilla's search effort.

In regards to Padilla's future search efforts, Tim Miller had this to say:

"I do not care what he does; I just don’t want anything to do with any of it. This is not about Caylee to them. The Anthony's are being exploited by all of them and it affects our effort. Everyone wants to go over there with Leonard and his drama show BS. It is affecting the concentration of what we are trying to do. "

Strait Talk with Texas EquuSearch's Tim Miller

Tim MillerEarlier today, I had a chance to sit down with Tim Miller, the founder and director of Texas EquuSearch. The purpose of that meeting was to focus on some of the questions that have been asked about EquuSearch and their involvement in the search for Casey Anthony's missing 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony.

When I asked him why he suspended the search effort, Tim had this to say:

"I feel as though we accomplished a lot. Nearly all of the areas that law enforcement wanted covered have been searched. We generated far more resources than before. We now have 100 local members on the scene. They are capable of doing a good job and they are going to continue looking for Caylee. I challenge anyone to sit in my office and when the family of a missing person calls, tell them that they can't be helped until Caylee is found. Someone else can, cause I'm not going to do that. "

There have been some recent inquiries about the amount of donations EquuSearch has received during the Caylee search, versus how much money has been invested in the search effort. When asked about this, Tim responded:

"The donations came to about $70.000. One of them was a $20,000 general fund donation. We are working on a final accounting, but between the rental cars, tents, hotels, equipment, generators and other resources, we have invested about $100.000 into the Caylee search. We have spent more money on this case than all other case

Caylee Anthony Prayer Service At Jay Blanchard Park

Reverend Grund is suppose to officiate the memorial today for Caylee Marie Anthony.

Reverend Grund is the father of Jesse Grund, who was once engaged to Casey and thought to be the father of Caylee. Jesse has taken a paternity test and it was proven he was not Caylee's father.

Caylee was in the life of the Grund Family for some time, and the Grund family is also suffering over the disappearance of Caylee. The Grund family has been scruntinzed quite badly by the Anthony family and I commend the Grund Family for thier strength and courage despite what the Anthony family spews to the public.

I have been very quite with regards to the Anthony's, but their actions today, showing up at Jay Blanchard Park while a private search is going on for their granddaughter and causing a scene is appalling.

Apparently the Anthony's are annoyed because Leonard Padilla wants to have a memorial service for Caylee tomorrow, Tuesday, November 11, 2008, in honor of this precious child. This seemed to have pissed the Anthony's office big time.

Murt, who is at Jay Blanchard Park since early this morning is covering the entire search live and broadcasting it to nearly 3500 Internet viewers at the time of this writing. You could see the Anthony's surrounded by people and the public yelling their thoughts about the Anthony's once the Anthony's announced the reason they were there.

The Anthony's, if I heard correctly, said something to Leonard Padilla, Bounty Hunter out of California who bailed the Anthony's daughter out in August, that they could get Leonard arrested.

WTF is wrong with the Anthony's. They should be thankful that anyone is willing to dig deep in their pockets to try and locate Caylee.

Now I am livid, I am totally livid. George and Cindy walk past Murt's truck and pull the sign off Murt's truck that little Dakota made for the Anthony's many, many months ago. This is the 12 year old child that was contacted also by Casey when Casey was home on bond. Little Dakota has been going through some hard times regarding whether Caylee is alive or dead and has paid a heavy price with her peers in school. What I understand Dakota has been having "meltdowns" according to her grandmother who has custody of her and Dakota has been hospitalized on a few occasions.

Cindy was on "Good Morning America" this morning and still talking crap. No signs of a dead Caylee, tips called in Saturday night Caylee was seen in Florida alive.

It was sickening to watch Cindy sitting live on GMA as she spews out about the lack of evidence Caylee is dead and just a few short days ago hearing George's interview with LE on July 24, 2008 of his fears when he smells "death" 3 feet from the car and prays it is not Caylee. WTF!!! WTF!! WTF!!!

George has been getting a lot more support from Internet sleuther based members do to the fact George had to testify at the Grand Jury and then after the recent release of the July 24, 2008 interview with LE. However, what he did today will just turn it all around again on George.

I support Leonard Padilla and his team for doing what they have done today to at least try and find Caylee. The day is not over yet, and I hope they find something, but I don't feel she is there based on the outline given by Padilla of where Casey parked, walked from the tree, across the grass, then across the street and the bike path to the river and did this in the daylight hours between 8 am to 12 pm.

Murt showed a great view of the park from all angles and if Casey was carrying a large trash bag, or suitcase, or container, it would certainly have been seen by someone. The area is so flat and you can see a great distance.

I am sure Nancy Grace will cover the conversation Dakota's grandmother had on "air" while talking to ~3500 Internet views concerning her feeling for Padilla concerning the bracelet Casey gave Dakota.

Dakota's grandmother, Lois will be on "Good Morning America" on Tuesday 11/11/08, so tune in everyone.

UPDATE: The Anthony's were trying to stop the search and called their attorney. But based on the fact the divers were in the water it never happened.
Cindy Anthony called Dakota's mom and apparently it was not a good conversation.
Whoever the person was reporting at 2:48 PM or so indicated that George had a very evil look in his eyes when he ripped the sign off of Murt's truck.

Internet Community Helps Volunteers in Caylee Anthony Search

This is not so much an update about the search effort but more so a thank you to all of the people who have come forward to help provide the volunteers in the Caylee Anthony search with much needed food and supplies.

Readers of Investigation Discovery's Criminal Report Daily, along with members of Scared Monkeys, Websleuths, Caylee's Angels, CourtTV/In Session and Murt Witness One, have all ordered food from area restaurants in the past two days and had it delivered to the command post.

These groups and their members should be recognized for the generosity they have shown to the volunteers who are actively searching for Caylee. Were it not for them, this search would not be possible.

Where Is Caylee Marie Anthony?

ALL of these videos were taken on July 15, 2008, Father's Day while Caylee, Cindy, Cindy's mom and Cindy's brother were visiting Caylee's great-grandfather at the nursing home. This is the last "official and confirmed" sighting of Caylee.

TES And The Searchers

I want to thank Tim Miller of Equusearch and all the volunteers that went out today and will be going out for the next couple of days to look for Caylee Marie Anthony.

It took my breathe away seeing all the people willing to give up their time away from their own families to travel to parts unknown to look for such a precious little girl.

People all across this country were sitting on "pins and needles" hoping today was the day they would find Caylee. There are always reports and rumors flying around about spotting this or that, but Caylee wasn't found today.

I also want to thank every one that donated to TES to make it easier for them to cover the enormous cost of this search team in Orlando, Florida. People were donating the cost of their flights and hotel stays because they couldn't get to Florida but needed to be able to do something.

I watched my neighbors this afternoon take a walk with their daughter down my street as the little girl was riding a little pink bike with streamers hanging off the handlebars as her little feet were peddling as hard as she could. Along side of her was her 8 month old Rotty staying as close as she could to the little girl, taking on the protective mode of a Rotty. The little girls parents were close behind with smiles on their faces as they watched their daughter and the Rotty head up the street.

My heart seemed so heavy as I watched such a beautiful moment, because I was thinking of Caylee and what was happening today and the rest of the weekend. My brain just couldn't wrap itself around Caylee somewhere out there and then seeing this sweet little girl peddling up the street. Caylee will never experience the enjoyment that my neighbor's little girl was feeling today.

I pray that all the negative energy out there turns into positive energy at least for one day, so that all positive thoughts and energy leads TES and the searchers to where Caylee is located.

George Anthony's 7/24/08 With OCSD

In my opinion, this interview that George did with OCSD eight (8) days after Casey was arrested and from the day George went to pick up Casey car at the towing company. Everything is still very, very fresh in George's memory.

I feel, this interview is the reason and the only reason George was the only one to meet with the Grand Jury.

It's a little confusing with the dates regarding the gate and the pool ladder, but based on a Greta interview, this gate and ladder issue was either 6/16 or 6/17 not 6/24. It's still to be determined as there was a lot said in this interview on 7/24/08

Murt's Live Camera - TES Search For Caylee

Murt is classified as media and is currently at various TES sites during the largest search in the history of America for a missing person.

Murt is not paid for what he does and everything comes out of his own pockets. Followers of Murt send gas cards to help defray the cost of gas as he takes his faithful followers on a journey through the areas Casey last visited. Kudos to Murt!
