Brad Conway Resigns As Attorney For George and Cindy Anthony
Brad Conway's Resignation Letter
With regret I am forced to resign as George and Cindy Anthonys attorney. The defense motion filed on August 9, 2010 contains allegations that are not in fact true. As an officer of the court I cannot stand idly by knowing allegations involving me have been misstated. I am now a witness to an innacurate legal pleading filed in our court system. As such, I cannot continue in good conscience as a legal representative. George and Cindy Anthony have done nothing improper, it is the failure of the defense to verify the facts alleged in their motion that forces my withdrawal. I will continue to support the Anthonys, will continue to attend hearings and the eventual trial and most importantly I will continue to search for the full truth regarding the killing of Caylee Marie Anthony.

Nancy Grace Reports On Fantasia's "Alledged" Affair
Why in the world are you making such a big deal over the fact that Fantasia is having a relationship with a married man? WHO CARES! Fantasia is not the first woman to have an affair with a married man nor will she be the last woman to have an affair with a married man.
Spewing the crap for the first half hour of the show was a total waste of air space. Leave it for the tabloid stations to cover this story and concentrate on what really matters - "MISSING CHILDREN AND ADULTS" or perhaps day to day crimes, anything but the love life of a singer who won American Idol years ago.

Kaine and Terri Horman's 8/25/10 Court Date For Divorce And RO
A court date was set (Aug. 25) for Kaine and Terri's divorce and restraining order, but it is unclear if that is the reason Terri was in Portland.

Did Terri's Friends Provide Terri With A New Cell Phone?
According to an article written by the Oregonian, the reporter states: "Investigators have been focusing on Terri Moulton Horman's close circle of friends after learning that one of them obtained new cell phones for her so she could avoid investigators' scrutiny after becoming the focus of the inquiry into the disappearance of her 7-year-old stepson."
IMO, this is the reporters take on what she thinks the reason is regarding a new cellphone more so then what the investigators are thinking.
However, the general public will run with Terri trying to hide something because Terri is under investigation.
Could it be as simple as Kaine cut off the "family plan" cellphone service after finding out about the "sexy" text messages? If that is the case, Terri needed another cellphone in order to be able to communicate with the outside world?
How the heck is Terri suppose to be able to get a cellphone in her name when she has no job or income?
Maybe the Oregonian should check into whether Kaine cut off Terri's cellphone service or perhaps IF the Horman's had a landline, and Kaine cut off that service. Maybe the Oregonian should check into whether Kaine closed out all joint bank accounts leaving Terri without money. Do we know that part of the story? It was great to see some actual photos of Terri with Kiara, Kyron, James and even Kaine in the photo album on the support page.

I still find it strange that Casey's parents never went to the jail to visit their daughter. I understand that the visits are recorded, but at least go and visit your child just to show her "we are here to support you" no matter who is watching or recording us.

Terri Horman Writes About "Kitty" On Her FaceBook Page
I recall reading at an online news website and across the chatter on the Internet regarding "Kitty" and people chatting about Terri writing about the "Kitty" while Kyron is missing.
Well, upon reading the comments on Terri's Facebook page, it appears that "Kitty" is a nickname for her daughter "Kiara".
Here are a couple of postings about Kitty:
Terri Moulton Horman: Kitty has been hugged by lots of people both in person and via internet. She keeps going in Kyron's room, sitting on his bed and reading his books. :)
Terri Moulton Horman: Kitty has figured out that she can push her personal potty over to James' bed and climb up to look out the window. Only trouble is that it's paned glass from the 1930's....
Terri Moulton Horman: Kitty is already in the groove for the gym. She sported her new Notre Dame backpack given to her by Pam and carried it around like I do. When she walked in, she told the 2 people behind the desk "MUAH!" and blew them a kiss. Little Miss Social Butterfly.
Terri Moulton Horman: Trying to sneak a shower in since Kitty already had one. Told her "No." when she tried to come in with me. She responded with "Okay, bye bye." which she never just leaves. She took my shower mat out the door, put diapers in the toilet and bathroom sink on her way out. Wonder where she gets the passive/agressive from? ;)
So much for the speculation that "Kitty" is a cat!
