Court Hearing Regarding Motions - 10/10/08

No one from the Anthony family attended the hearing today held at 10:30 AM at the court, of which, Judge Stan Strickland presided over.

Orange County prosecutors indicated that the evidence did not pertain to the child neglect charges that Casey Anthony faces in the disappearance of her 3-year-old daughter, Caylee.

Attorney Baez will be given access to forensic tests involving chloroform, DNA air samples and hair strands within 10 days. Judge Stricland denied access to evidence collected by cadaver dogs.
