What Prompts A Man To Call A Woman The "C" Word?

If there is one word that I hate in the entire world, it is the "C" word. I have no idea why a man would ever call a woman a "C".

I was called a "C" today, while I was driving out of the parking lot of Winn Dixie. I always travel out the furthest exit because I need to get into the left hand turning lane once I make the right out of the parking lot.

Going this way allows me enough distance to get over to the left turning lane rather then trying to squeeze out and get over to the left hand turning lane.

As I was coming aroung the corner of Winn Dixie, with the end store being the Liquor Store, I was in my lane and then all of a sudden I see a white pickup truck coming off the main street into the parking lot. The white pickup was coming right into my lane so I had no choice but to stop. I couldn't go anywhere, so my safest bet was just to sit still until he decided to either move over, slam into me, or pull into a parking space.

As he pulls into the parking space of the Winn Dixie's Liquor Store, with his windows rolled down, he looks out of the window and YELLS "FU C". I actually gasped within me. I actually felt so bad hearing this young man, probably in his early 30's calling me, a woman in her mid 60's a "C".

As I traveled home, I was really getting sad, I felt sick to my stomach that some stranger in this world could call a ME a "C".

I spoke with my son a bit later and told him about what happened. All of a sudden I could feel the tears streaming down my face as I repeated what this young man said to me. I realized right then and there, how hurtful this word is to a woman, and why would a man use this word to a woman?

If I was 30 years younger, I probably would have gotten out of my car and followed the young man into the Liquor Store and confronted him. Although, it did come to my mind at the time to get out of my car and say something to him, however, in this day and age, with guns so available, and humans beings not caring about other humans, it was better for me to just not put myself in a position that I could regret.

I do wish though I would have gotten his license plate as I would have tracked his butt down for sure. :) :)

Trust me, if I would have gotten your license plate and found you, you would have been faced with MY SON ... 6'5" and 290 pounds of pure muscle. The teeth that would have fallen out of your mouth would have been a reminder to never say the "C" word to a woman ever again, that is if you would be able to open up your jaw to even speak.

To all the men out there in the world, think about how hurtful the "C" word is to a woman, and refrain from every using this word. You all have mothers, sisters, neices etc., this is an awful word to call a woman.

Now that I have written what happened to me today, perhaps I can get it out of my head, and the sickening feeling in my gut will go away. Although hearing that word makes me feel so dirty deep within my soul.

Before I end, the Jersey girl is coming out, of which, wants me to go back to the Liquor Store tomorrow around the same time and wait for the white pick up truck. I have a feeling the Liquor Store is a daily stop on the way home from work for this person. All I want is the license plate .... :) :)

I have always felt that Kaine was controlling and still do. Although many feel Terri is talking out of both sides of her mouth, but I don't feel that way. More thoughts yet to come.

My thoughts:

IMO, Desiree was way over the top in this interview.

I don't recall and for the first time that I am aware of it, Desiree states: "that Terri would call Desiree when Kyron was upset so he could talk to his mother" , Desiree also stating: "she was trying to get custody of Kyron a year before he went missing and this was not an option because Kaine said so." Desiree also mentions that "Terri wanted Kyron to go and live with his mother."

Sure would like to know why Desiree just didn't take Kaine to court to get custody of Kyron a year ago.

Something was going on within the Horman household that perhaps Terri wanted Kyron to live with his mother because of Kaine. If there was friction in the marriage, and Terri "allegedly" stating Kryon was the reason, then this leads me to believe that Terri was seeing something and she didn't like what she was seeing. IMO.

Thinking back, Desiree had stated that Terri called her everyday to give her a daily school report on how Kyron did in school; good or bad.

What did Desiree just learn that really upsets her regarding Kaine? Could it be that maybe Kaine sent the "sexy" text messages from his phone to Michael Cook?

I never once believed that Terri sent the "sext" messages to Michael Cook, especially the photos. All of this crap started after Kaine left the house and had this "red flag" waving on my computer screen.

Remember, not long ago, LE stated they know things that they wish they never knew (paraphrasing).

It makes me wonder if these emails "allegedly" from Terri that LE showed Desiree on Friday actually came from someone else, and written as if it was Terri.

We just might learn a lot more from the "backstory" that may just surprised all of us.

Misty Croslin: Sentenced To 25 years On ONE Drug Charge

My thoughts:

WTH? Misty receives 25 years on ONE drug charge for a FIRST time offender and it makes me concerned with what is wrong with the judicial system.

Ronald, Tommy, Donna and Hope all received 15 years and Misty gets 25 years on ONE COUNT. What the heck is going to happen to Misty when she goes to court on the other 7 drug charges? Will she end up with LIFE in prison like a murderer?

Perhaps Misty needs to get another lawyer as clearly her lawyer didn't seem to work hard enough for Misty. Heck, it's being reported that Misty was only 17 when most of these drug deals went down. I sure would like to know what the hell the Judge was watching, if she even watched the videos of Ronald also in the car with Misty during the drug deals.

Hopefully Misty's lawyer will appeal this sentence in hope that Misty will get a reduced sentence for this one charge.

Total "overkill" with regards to the sentencing today.

My thoughts:

What the hell was Beth thinking traveling to Peru to go undercover to shoot a documentary with Peter de Vries? Then to invite Stephanie Flores' brother to her hotel room only for the brother to be met with lights and camera pointing at him as he entered the room.

I didn't think highly of Beth when she allowed Natalie to go to Aruba basically unchaperoned with the end result of Natalie still missing. Yes I know there were chaperones on the trip, however, clearly no one was watching out for one another.

When the sting operation was set up, and background info comes out on how this all went down, it wasn't in my eyes "poor Beth" as they all were aware of what they were trying to do and that was to get Joran anyway possible.

However, Joran outwitted all the professionals leaving them without their money, and with THEIR money was able to travel to Peru with the end result of Stephanie's death.

Now we have this undercover documentary investigation, with Beth part of the team to try and meet with Joran as well as the Flores' family member and Beth doesn't even clue in her famous attorney "John Q. Kelly".

I sure would like to know if Natalie's father was even aware of what Beth was doing and if he approved of her adventure to Peru. Clearly Nantalie's father wasn't aware of the sting operation, so it makes sense that Natalie's father wasn't aware of Beth's plan to go to Peru.

Who is the brains of this undercover investigation? Clearly Mr. de Vries would do anything for a story and included Beth in his quest, or perhaps their quest to get into Castro Castro.

Didn't anyone even think that they both could have been arrested and put in the Peruvian jail and sit there for a long time never to leave Peru until their case was heard?

Let's talk money here. Who paid for this trip to Peru? What is Beth getting out of this documentary?

The general public complained when Joran's mother spoke to de Vries and people were down on Anita because there had to be money made. So is Beth making money off this documentary? Is the organization that Beth started, of which, takes donations pay for Beth's trip to Peru?

Beth is now in Aruba (9/18/10) and that costs $$$'s also. Is Beth planning on "blind-siding" Joran's mother with lights, camera, action tactics like Beth and company did to Stephany Flores' brother?

Is Beth still partners with John Ramsey and perhaps Ramsey is footing the bill for Beth's travels here there and everywhere?

Eventually this documentary will be aired and perhaps a clearer picture will come forward.

My thoughts:
There is a right way and a wrong way to do things in life, and breaking the law is not the way to do it.

Although it is really hard to know what is fact in what happened with Beth getting into Castro Castro with Peter de Vries, but clearly Peter de Vries did not have the best interest of Beth when they collectively decided to go to Peru to confront Joran Vander Sloot. Didn't either one of them even realize that they could have been arrested because of their actions and they both could have ended up in a Peruvian prison themselves?

I understand a mother's need to get answers, but breaking the law is not the way to do it. I wouldn't be surprised if Joran's attorney doesn't file harassment charges against both of them and charges against Castro Castro for not protecting Joran.

I am not a fan of Joran, but since Joran is sitting in prison, filing charges against Beth, Peter and Castro Castro, would just be another way of Joran getting another hands up on Beth Holloway.

Mistakes made:
Allowing a Natalie to go to another country basically unattended.

Agreeing to set up a sting to try and get info on Natalie's whereabouts.

Sting money allowed Joran to travel to Peru with the end result of Stephanie's murder.

Going to Castro Castro to attempt to speak to Joran without going through the proper channels to do so.

It is really time for everyone involved to take a step back, ponder their thoughts before acting on impulse.

Kaine Horman Drops Contempt Charges Against Terri Horman

Now this is really interesting that Kaine dropped the charges and there is no explanation of why Kaine dropped the charges. Remember these charges came about when Kaine found out that Terri showed Michael Cook the contents of the sealed Restraining Order.

IMO, there was a huge gray area with regards to this RO and when it was sealed, if Terri knew about it being sealed, and when the media got info regarding the RO.

Dr. Lillian Glass' Analysis Of The Video Of Caylee.

Dr. Glass states: The first editorial comment I will make with regard to this video is that it made me terribly sad. In fact, it brought tears to my eyes and left me with a sick feeling in my stomach and a heaviness in my heart as I saw how this poor child was neglected both verbally and emotionally.

My thoughts:
I didn't get a sick feeling when I viewed this video now or when I first saw it at least a year and a half ago. When I watched this video back then, I just saw a Caylee sitting in a high chair with tidbits of food, probably a snack and just blabbering away and SOMEONE recording it.

I see no emotional or verbal neglect by the videographer. Apparently, IMO, Caylee must of be either singing or talking and the videographer just decided to record the happenings. IF you talk to the child at the time you want to capture a moment, you will lose the moment.

Dr. Glass states: it is essential for anyone interacting with a child to visualize with them. That is how a child develops their speech an language skills.

My thoughts:
You don't have to interact every single moment with a child to learn. For all we know, just prior to the recording, there could have been some time where they BOTH were signing. We have no clue what happened moments before the camera started rolling.

Dr. Glass states: What shocked me even more was that the only time Casey interacted with Caylee. she uttered a word as if to question what Caylee said. She questioned whether her child was saying the words ” “I kill? ” I could not believe my ears!

Caylee had emotional needs in this video that were clearly not being met . These needs were ignored. To me that is cruel and abusive.

My thoughts:
There is absoultely no indication that the words uttered by the videographer says: "I kill". I remember when someone posted on blogs this is what they think they heard. This traveled like a weed throughout forums, bringing anyone who hears the tape to say "Yup I heard it loud and clear".

I could write that I heard "IKEA" and with my power of suggestion with the word "IKEA", everyone will then hear the same thing.

Dr. Glass feels it is "cruel and abusive" because the videographer did not speak to Caylee. WTH! I recall back in the day when I would watch my son while he sat in his high-chair and I didn't say a word to him, but just observed the moments of what he was doing. Although 40 + years ago I didn't have a camcorder but I would take a camera shot of those moments.

Dr. Glass states: If you look at the first photo above, you will see that Caylee begins to have a frustrated concerned look on her face as she is sitting in her high chair with individual pieces of cereal spead ou , along with her her baby bottle. She is verbalizing and singing. She verbalizes and sings what sound like “Ah keyeh”

My thoughts:
Caylee is NOT frustrated in the video at all, she is just puzzled at what is staring back at her.

I could talk to my dog every moment, however if I point a camera at him, he stops and looks at me.

Dr. Glass states: Since the /s/ sounds aren’t yet formed in a child of that age, it may be her attempt to say “ A kiss” Maybe she is asking Casey who is filming this video for a kiss to indicate that she is loved. In the photo above you see the beginnings of her frustration and tenseness by her little furrowed brow as she is ignored by Casey.

My thoughts:
WTH! How could anyone possibly know what Caylee might be saying at this age. Also, we have no clue who is filming Caylee.

Dr. Glass: Now Caylee is very upset as she leaks out the facial expression indicating that she is about to cry. She even curls in her lower lip. Look at her sad eyes . She tries to communicate that she wants a response as she raises her hand and points her finger.

My thoughts:
At no point in this video was Caylee going to cry. You can see that Caylee at one moment went into deep thought as she looked out the window.

Dr. Glass states: Casey films Cayee’s legs from 1:30 to 2:32 where there is continued silence.

She films Caylee under the table and now shoots a close up of Caylee’r crotch area. The implications are highly disturbing. Why would anyone video their child’s crotch area?

It certainly makes one wonder of there were any sexual issues or concerns involved here? I am not accusing Casey of sexually molesting Caylee. I am just staying that this behavior is odd and raises some concerns. It is not typical behavior.

My thoughts:
WTH?

At one point the videographer started to bend down, IMO, as to hide from Caylee and holding the camera as still as possible. So they filmed Caylee's cute little legs, and happened to capture Caylee strapped into the high chair. Should we believe that the videographer was "FOCUSING" in on Caylee's crotch? Absolutely not! However, Dr. Glass' "power of suggestion" would want us to believe that this was the purpose of seeing Caylee's strapped into her high chair.

You can clearly see that the videographer tried to capture an opening right under Caylee's left arm pit, however when Caylee leaned over the high chair, she wasn't upset and happened to be all smiles. We never did get to see if Caylee leaned the other way but the camera didn't catch it.

Dr. Glass states: Caylee also thinks that it is odd that she is being filmed under her high chair. So she peers under her high chair to see what is so interesting that it has to be filmed.

My thoughts:
WTH? How could Caylee possibly even think that it is odd that she is being filmed from under the high chair? Now it's possible Caylee might understand "peek-a-boo" however clearly no concept of what a camera can do or what is odd at this age. WTH!!!!

Dr. Glass states: For the first time, we see Caylee smile a genuine smile as she thinks that this may be some sort of a game.

My thoughts:
Of course Caylee thinks it's a game. Whoever is recording her is playing a "silent" peek-a-boo.

I will address the last part only because the other stuff is "pure" speculation and misleading.

Dr. Glass states: One can only wonder how long Caylee remained uncomfortably in that high chair. The bottom line is that to not speak to your child when they verbalize and gesture for you to interact with them is inhumane.

My thoughts:
At no point was it evident that Caylee was uncomfortable in the high chair. When children want out of a high chair, they try and stand up, they put up a big fuss, they start to cry etc. There was no indication that Caylee was uncomfortable.

I guess I am guilty of being "inhumane" when I didn't interact with my child as he sat in a high chair eating some cheerios. My goodness, less then 2 minutes of silence between a child and a videographer is "INHUMANE".

The picture of the pool table is the same one that was in one of the scenes of NJ housewives. Teresa was on one end of the table leaning down to her "boobies" we on the table while her hubby was ready to shoot pool.

Poker table were the husbands of the housewives were teaching Jacqueline's daughter's boyfriend how to play poker.

After watching Part 2 of the reunion, and how everyone acted, I would only be lowering myself if I broke down my thoughts of each and every NJ Housewife.

We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of Now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God's children.

It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. This sweltering summer of the Negro's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. And those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. And there will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

But there is something that I must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: In the process of gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred. We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. And they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

We cannot walk alone.

And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.

We cannot turn back.

There are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "When will you be satisfied?" We can never be satisfied as long as the Negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. We can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. We cannot be satisfied as long as the negro's basic mobility is from a smaller ghetto to a larger one. We can never be satisfied as long as our children are stripped of their self-hood and robbed of their dignity by signs stating: "For Whites Only." We cannot be satisfied as long as a Negro in Mississippi cannot vote and a Negro in New York believes he has nothing for which to vote. No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream."¹

I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow jail cells. And some of you have come from areas where your quest -- quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality. You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive. Go back to Mississippi, go back to Alabama, go back to South Carolina, go back to Georgia, go back to Louisiana, go back to the slums and ghettos of our northern cities, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed.

Let us not wallow in the valley of despair, I say to you today, my friends.

And so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.

I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal."

Let freedom ring from every hill and molehill of Mississippi.

From every mountainside, let freedom ring.

And when this happens, when we allow freedom ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual:

My thoughts:
I am thrilled over the outcome of the trial today. I recall how draining it was when Maria went missing, how she was murdered along with her child, and then Cesar taking off.

Issues nor Nancy Grace seemed to show little to no interest in the case, however today I just found out that the baby Maria was carrying was not even Cesar's. I found an article back from May 15, 2009 indicating the DNA results showed Cesar was not the father of the unborn child.

All that matters is justice has been served for Maria and Baby Gabriel. Although Cesar's attorney feels Cesar is "not guilty" of the crime and plans to appeal, however, they can appeal all they want, Cesar is GUILTY!!!!

Did Terri's Friends Provide Terri With A New Cell Phone?

According to an article written by the Oregonian, the reporter states: "Investigators have been focusing on Terri Moulton Horman's close circle of friends after learning that one of them obtained new cell phones for her so she could avoid investigators' scrutiny after becoming the focus of the inquiry into the disappearance of her 7-year-old stepson."

IMO, this is the reporters take on what she thinks the reason is regarding a new cellphone more so then what the investigators are thinking.

However, the general public will run with Terri trying to hide something because Terri is under investigation.

Could it be as simple as Kaine cut off the "family plan" cellphone service after finding out about the "sexy" text messages? If that is the case, Terri needed another cellphone in order to be able to communicate with the outside world?

How the heck is Terri suppose to be able to get a cellphone in her name when she has no job or income?

Maybe the Oregonian should check into whether Kaine cut off Terri's cellphone service or perhaps IF the Horman's had a landline, and Kaine cut off that service. Maybe the Oregonian should check into whether Kaine closed out all joint bank accounts leaving Terri without money. Do we know that part of the story? NOPE, we only know what reporters are thinking that LE is thinking is the reason for Terri's friends obtaining a cellphone for Terri.

Well, upon reading the comments on Terri's Facebook page, it appears that "Kitty" is a nickname for her daughter "Kiara".

What Do We Really Know About Kyron Horman's Disappearance?

Not a heck of a lot.

What we do know is that on the morning of June 4, 2010, Kyron woke up to get ready for school and probably very excited about going to school that day and gleaming with pride over his "Red Eye Tree Frog" Science Project.

Perhaps Terri laid out Kyron's clothes for the day, and may have helped brush his teeth and comb his hair. Then Terri probably woke up Kiara to get her dress and fed both children before the trip to school.

We know Kaine gave hugs to Kyron and then Kaine left to go to work. No clue why Kaine didn't take a few minutes out of his morning to share in Kyron's excitement over his Science Project, but it is what it is.

Most mother's know the chaos in the morning getting children up, dressed, fed, make lunches, putting them in the car, etc.

We do know that Terri, Kyron and Kiara arrived at school and a couple of pictures were taken of Kyron in front of his Science Project. We all feel the excitement in our own hearts with Kyron's infectious smile.

Now, by some accounts, the general public feels the photo of Kyron was photo-shopped as a ruse to show Kyron was there, but I don't feel it went that way at all. Now I am not sure about the left arm not showing and the photo with the glasses and then without the glasses.

I think I read that LE removed the glasses so there was a picture of Kyron with and without glasses, but this is not concrete.

We know that Kyron and Terri viewed some of the Science Projects and then ~8:45 AM, Terri waved to Kyron as he walked down the hallway to his classroom. This now has been established that Terri is the last "KNOWN" person to see Kyron.

However, there is a classmate of Kyron's who stated he had seen Kyron after Terri left the school. Perhaps LE and others are just dismissing what Kyron's classmate indicated because he is just another 7 year old. However, 7 year olds tell it like it is with no reason to elaborate on something as simple as seeing Kyron after his step-mother left the school.

Now that is about all we know about the day Kyron went missing.

We saw a very distraught Desiree Young and Terri Horman.

We listened to Tony Young, step-father to Kyron read his statement and then Kaine Horman read his statement, both totally under-control. In the background we saw Desiree, in her jeans and "Missing Kyron" tee shirt, visibly upset, her hair tied back wearing her glasses.

We see Terri Horman, in jeans and a "Missing Kyron" tee shirt and very upset, trying to comfort Desiree, although it came across odd in front of the general public. I watched along with everyone else, and to me Terri standing alone while Kaine was at the podium was very difficult for her. She appeared to be this gigantic person standing totally alone in the world.

Once Kaine came back, Terri just hung on for dear life and understandably so as Kaine was her rock at that moment.

Once the press conference ending then the "nit picking" began from all the media and arm-chair psychiatrists, former FBI pro filers, retired lawyers, TV show hosts. Let's pick on Terri's demeanor, size and shape.

Let's see, Terri has been classified as a sociopath, narcissistic, fat, has self-image issues, self-centered, the list is endless and they all managed to diagnose Terri just standing and saying nothing.

Next you see, let's plaster Terri Horman from 2005 in her body-building days and let's lump in she was taking steroids, and other stuff just to reach her weight loss and muscle gain back in 2005. Now that was interesting stuff, especially seeing video and photos of Terri scantly dressed during her competition and then posting Kyron's photo in a three way split on the TV screen.

Never once did I ever hear, WOW, Terri really accomplished something, especially something as difficult to get her weight down, lifting weights and sticking to it in order to be in a body-building competition. Damn, she is over 35, and most women can't even lose 5 pounds or stick to a diet for 5 days. Nope, no "great job to Terri".

Let's go back to 2010 at the press conference and add in, she is probably depressed because she doesn't look like she did back in 2005 and probably depressed because she gained weight after having Kiara.

At some point LE decides to issues a questionnaire to the locals asking if they had seen Terri and a white pick-up truck. The picture they used of Terri was a snip of Terri at the press conference in a very distraught look. Now that was impressive photo to issue. Couldn't LE ask Kaine for a photo of his wife?

What we do know is LE picked up the white pick-up, known as Terri's but by all accounts and purposes the white pick-up Kaine normally drives, however the white pick-up is theirs.

The pickup was returned to the Horman's and so far nothing has leaked out that LE found dirt, receipts, rope, tarps, blood, scratches inside, hair, etc. We have heard the pick-up was towed again by LE, however reports have come out that there was a problem with the truck.

We have also heard through "SOURCES" that Terri's cellphone pings came from the Island near the school. Now we really have no clue where Terri's cellphone pings came from as we haven't heard anything from LE.

We do know that LE has searched the Horman's home and property and not sure what they took from the household as it appears the Horman's just let the police come in and do their own thing. There could be a search warrant, or some sort of paper trial for items seized IF items were seized at all.

What we also know is LE has never released the 911 calls especially the initial call to notify the police that Kyron was missing. We have heard there were three 911 calls, of which, one was suppose to be a threat and the other one domestic related.

The media really ran with their speculations regarding the other two 911 calls. However, weeks later we find out that the 911 phone call about the threat was the police "sting operation" utilizing the landscaper. The other 911 call had to do with the fact that Kaine had Kiara and never returned.

Getting back to the landscaper as he falls in just about here. Apparently as LE was going through some phone records or some sort of records, up pops this landscaper from 7 months ago. I am not exactly sure how LE found him, or if this Murder-For Hire Landscaper went to LE. I have a feeling LE found the landscaper.

Apparently 7 months or so ago, apparently Terri asked this landscaper to kill her husband. Not quite sure how they got on that subject. Did she say: "I am having martial problems and wish he was dead." Did the landscaper says: "I can get it done for you, if you want me too?" Maybe Terri said: "You would do that?" Maybe the landscaper said: "sure for $10,000.00." Not sure how a conversation like this would start while discussing cleaning up the backyard.

In any event, nothing happened for 7 months. Also the landscaper said NOTHING for 7 months. What kind of person could walk around for 7 months knowing someone want to pay money to kill their husband and you say nothing to the police.

The police tried to set up a sting to catch Terri and a undercover cop and this "alleged" MFH landscaper go to Terri's house and knock on the door. You have to picture that scene in your own head. First Kaine is not there because he had advanced warning about the"alleged" MFH hit-man landscaper and he took off with Kiara.

Now Terri hears a knock on the door and there stands the landscaper from 7 months ago. What did he say: "Hi remember me, I am here to collect my $10,000.00 and then I will kill your husband as we planned 7 months ago and this man with me is my helper?" WTF! Who thought of that stupid sting operation. DUH!!! Terri closes the door and calls 911 to report a threat against her.

I repeat again, I want to know if LE gave the landscaper a polygraph. I also want to know if LE did a criminal background check on the landscaper.

Now, Kaine is out of the house with Kiara running around getting a Restraining Order against Terri for the "alleged" murder for hire attempt from 7 months ago. And then while he is out, might as well file for divorce.

Note: At one point Desiree years back filed a restraining order against Kaine with regards to not taking the children. Desiree has a child from a previous marriage or relationship and the other child was Kyron.

Kaine and Kiara are staying at an undisclosed location, however word has it that he was staying at a woman's house, of which, Kaine is "allegedly" having an affair with, of which, "allegedly" works for Intel, where Kaine works. I forgot her name, but I think rumor has it, it begins with an S.

The problem is, the media wasn't following Kaine around, but focused on Terri and Terri alone. Wouldn't it have been interesting if the media camped out at the undisclosed location of Kaine and Kiara?

After the failed "sting operation" and before the serving of the RO, Terri goes to the gym looking for Kaine and Kiara. I believe Kaine and Kiara hadn't been seen by Terri for 2 days. Terri asks the clerk if Kaine was there and either wanted to be called when he shows up or if Kaine was there was Kiara in the gym's child care. Apparently according to the clerk, Terri states: "If Kiara was there Terri was going to abduct her."

Could it be that Terri went looking for her child, and if she was at the gym's daycare, she was just going to get her and bring her home? But no, let's put it out there that Terri was going to abduct her own child from a gym.

I figure that Kaine had told the gym that he was going to file an RO against Terri and that Kaine was going to put the gym as one of the places Terri was not allowed to go. Not sure you can put a public establishment on an RO, but the Judge seems to have allowed it for whatever reason. It's not that Kaine is at the gym 24/7. Perhaps they could have set aside an 8 hour time-frame where Terri was not allowed to go to the gym rather then you can't go there at all.

Now Terri has the RO and I believe the Divorce Papers. At one point the RO was unsealed but LE asked for the RO to be sealed. I am not sure of what date the RO was sealed and then sealed, but it was sealed.

I am not sure if Terri called Michael Cook, or Michael called Terri, but in any event Michael was at Terri's house after the RO was served. Again, I am not sure if the RO was sealed on June 28, 2010 or not.

However Michael was there, and Michael took pictures of the RO as Terri showed Michael the RO. Michael did do an Internet search on Kaine's temp address. It boggles my mind that Kaine's address was on the RO in the first place. Who screwed that one up? So much for being so concerned of where Kaine is living considering Kaine was in fear of his life? Hello ... here are the blinking lights where I live?

I bet that if Kaine's address was redacted from the form, there wouldn't even be an issue here. Perhaps Kaine should sue the courthouse clerk.

Within the "Order of Contempt", is all the stuff about the sexy and or graphic text messages back and forth between Terri and Michael Cook.

It appears these messages started on or after June 30, 2010. HUMMMM, isn't that after Kaine left the house with Kiara and filed for divorce? Why the heck would this stuff be in the "Order of Contempt"?

What I find interesting in the "Motion of Contempt" is that Kaine wants to fine Terri $500.00 per day or 1% of her annual gross salary for each day the contempt continues. Terri has no JOB Kaine .... remember? There is no annual salary for Terri unless you paid her weekly for services rendered in raising the children, cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. etc.

When I read about the sexy/graphic text messages, I went back to ~ August 2002, while Desiree was 8 months pregnant with Kyron and Kaine was out "soaring his oats" with Terri. (Kyron was born September 12, 2002.)

Do we know who sent the first sexy message? Nope, we don't. Could Michael have said something to Terri as in, you are pretty or I love your smile and then it took off from there? Anything is possible, but we are lead to believe Terri did it all. What pictures did she send of herself? Where they pictures of her "trim and fit" body barely covered during her body building days or were they pictures of herself now? Who knows and it really doesn't matter one way or another in finding Kyron.

What's next, oh yes, let's get an addendum to the RO and force Terri out of her home, a home she has shared with Kaine since before they married in 2007. Wait, Kaine bought the home 3 months before they got married so the general public screams "it's not hers, so she should get out; Terri deserves nothing, blah, blah, blah."

Terri can't move as she has no money. No one gives a "rat's behind" she has no money to go anywhere. More then likely Kaine cleared out the checking and savings accounts while he was running around getting the RO and divorce papers in order.

Kaine mentioned something about the money at one of the pressers or sit down and chat meeting with reporters about money indicating it was standard the accounts were closed as this goes along with a divorce. OH REALLY, leave you wife with no money is the way to go.

So Terri asks for some money to move and Kaine doesn't want to give her money unless Terri tells Kaine where Kyron can be found. All that we know is something was settled in in court in order for Terri to leave. We don't ever hear about this part because it's behind close doors. All we hear about NO, you can't have it and let the media and public run with it.

Once Terri knew Kaine wanted her out, Terri was willing to leave according to her attorney, but it sure didn't look like that in the media.

Where are we know, still no Kyron, still no Suspect or POI.

Once Kaine left the house, the blended family shrunk and the bio parents became a media couple. First they only wanted to talk about the search for Kyron, however, little by little all the dirt comes out, what a mess!

We have heard different stories on how Terri and Desiree met, and if they were close friends, or not close friends, when Desiree gave Kyron to Kaine to care for him

Let's face it, if Kaine cheated on Desiree with Terri, chances are they were not close friends. However, at some point, Desiree needed medical care and she gave Kyron to his father and this seems to be when Kyron was over 2 years of age; maybe 2 1/2. Kaine was still with Terri but it is not clear if Terri and Kaine were living together. But based on just gut feeling, they probably were.

We have never heard a word from Terri, so all the information we are receiving are the feelings of Desiree and Kaine. We all know there are two sides to the story and then there is the truth. Although we will never know what is true unless we get Desiree, Kaine and Terri at a round table and a reliable reporter to ask the right questions, not the same old crap they keep asking.

Terri Horman hires criminal defense attorney. Let's emphasize CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY as we have heard it over and over again CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY. If that is not good enough, why not go on and on about not having a divorce attorney, or an attorney to handle the contempt charges. Nope, Terri has a "HIGH PROFILE" CRIMIAN DEFENSE ATTORNEY.

Now, do we know if Terri called Mr. Houser or did Mr. Houser call Terri? Nope, we don't know that one at all, but we presume Terri called Mr. Houser. How many times have criminal defense attorney call out to those accused of a crime and tell them we can help you? LOTS!!! I won't name the cases otherwise I will get off track.

How many times do criminal defense attorneys even "high profile" criminal defense attorneys take on the case "pro bona". LOTS!!!

Does the media, talk show hosts, general public, etc. look at it that way, NOPE!!

Now Terri is out of the house and living about 3 hours away at her parents home. Where is the media? Well they are camped out at Terri's parents home waiting for a second to ask Terri "Where is Kyron". The media should take the money it costs for the media to sit there and give it to LE since they are short of money to look for Kyron.

The bio parents are giving press conferences every Friday, throwing out media they don't like, then letting them back in. Then they are not giving press conferences and will only answer questions by email. Then they are back out doing press conferences, speaking with People magazine, Good Morning America, Early Show, Today Show, Night line, Dateline Special, and now heard from Oprah's producers, but haven't received any calls for a book or movie deal.

Somewhere within all this looking for Kyron, up pops DeDe Spicher, a friend of Terri's. It appears that DeDe, while working on a landscape appointment, DeDe leaves the site around 11:30 AM and doesn't return until 1:00 PM; and we have the homeowner who tries to call DeDe but DeDe didn't answer.

Now all of this is NOT coming from LE, but through SOURCES.

Now DeDe becomes in the eyes of the media, talk show hosts, general public; an Accomplice. YUPPER that quickly.

Search warrants are issued to take away stuff at DeDe Spicher's condo and we can view it all in the news. Yupper, media knocking on DeDe's door wanting to talk to her and reporting: "we know she is in there as her car is here."

Many found out about the Grand Jury hearing last Monday via an "offbeat" website where the cousin of DeDe's, posts something about his cousin and jury on Monday.

We know DeDe went to the Grand Jury and we have been told that no questions were asked of her. Now it is speculation that DeDe's lawyer may have requested that DeDe was going to take the 5th. If that is the case, then this arrangement needs to be done before she goes into the Grand Jury hearing.

Does pleading the fifth make you guilty of knowing something? Nope, not really. It could also protect you from questions that might be asked of your past history also. The way things are nowadays, your guilty by association anyway.

On July 26, 2010, Kaine filed an "order for show cause: suit money." It appears at some point while LE was looking through Terri's text messages, they see a text regarding the amount of "retainer" money paid to her "HIGH PROFILE" CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY.

Apparently the text stated: $350,000.00 retainer. Do we know if the text message had decimals and commas in the numbers or was it 350000 without decimals. We have no idea how the number was written, but it appears Kaine believes it is $350,000.00

Now who in the world has $350,000.00 to slap down as a retainer to a "High Profile" CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY when you are not even a SUSPECT OR POI?

For sure this money is not for an attorney to appear in court for the motion to have Terri leave her home, or for the upcoming Contempt Hearing. We know it's not for the divorce costs as Terri's attorney filed papers indicating Terri wants Kaine to pay for the divorce.

I am not sure if it was Kaine that mentioned this to a reporter, but it was mentioned in a media article that perhaps Terri's parents took a loan against their $175,000 home. Now did the reporter get the price of the home correct when he wrote the article or did he leave out a few zeros commas and decimal points. I sure would love to know how someone could possible take out a loan for $350,000.00 against a home valued at $175,000.00.

Everything regarding the text regarding the retainer could all be as simple as a single comma or decimal point.

Who actually failed Kyron? In my book, it is "Skyline Elementary School". The teacher marked Kyron absent on or about 10:00 AM and no one contacted the parents that Kyron was not in school. There maybe confusion about a doctor's appointment, but if Kyron was marked absent, then the parents should have been called. IF it is the standard for the school to call the parents at 10:00 AM if a child is not in school ESPECIALLY when the child normally takes the school bus, clearly "Skyline Elementary School" failed Kyron.

I see no law suits from either of the parents against the school. If this was me, I would have hired an attorney ASAP and go after the school. EVEN IF Terri took Kyron, it is still the schools responsibility to contact the parents when a child is not in class.

IF the school had called the parents at 10:00 AM, while Terri was still on the roadways, don't you think that LE would have caught up with Terri at some point? This entire case would have gone so differently.

What also bothers me is that no one called in Texas Equusearch. Sure Tim Miller has gotten a bad rap with the Anthony case, but Tim has done some great work locating missing people. For whatever reason, LE only wanted certified searchers to look for Kyron and no public people. Very, very strange.

Only July 28, 2010, Terri lawyer filed a order to "hold the divorce case in abatement." This is a complicated order. Also in this order, Terri is asking for Kaine to pay for her divorce.

In Kaine's divorce filings, Kaine indicated each party pay for their own divorce, however, IF Terri contests the divorce, then Kaine expects to be paid for his attorney fees and reasonable costs. For now, Kaine is back at the home he shared with Terri, Kyron and Kiara, except now it is only Kaine and Kiara. Kaine is preparing Kyron's bedroom for when he returns and has changed all the locks on his home, gate and perhaps has a security system set up so Terri doesn't sneek back into the house. Kaine maybe working a little, but not back fulltime and now he his suffering financially.

Kaine has to deal with the court regarding all the suits he brought against Terri. Is he done, or will there be more? Maybe he wants the car back too!

Desiree maybe back to work or not as it is not clear. We know Desiree hasn't made up Kyron bed yet from when he last visited her weeks before Kyron went missing.

Terri has left the marital home, Kyron, her stepson is missing, her infant daughter Kiara has been taken away from her with no visitation and a RO in place. She can't get employment; is facing Contempt Charges over a piece of paper; dealing with a divorce, abatement, not sure about the RO if it is permanent. Normally there is a hearing once someone files an RO and it goes in front of the judge. We know she went to court regarding getting money to move out, but nothing more on the RO.

DeDe Spicher maybe back in front of the Grand Jury the week of August 2, 2010, but nothing is confirmed as of yet.

The focus should be on what Casey was doing during and after WalMart. What did she buy? Why did she tried to conceal it? Other people had to see her in WalMart shopping, in the check out line, and maybe even in the parking lot and afterwards. Sure I may have seen her coming out the sliding door in the center to the left of me as I entered on the right, and the horizontal bar of the sliding door may have been blocking me from having a better view of her purchase, but irregardless of the type of door I still see Cayle desparately following behind her mother, to the left of her mother from my perspective and still struggling to get through a separate and different door by herself. Doors, pings, and the material things do not matter as much as the real warm blooded little girl I saw being neglected by her mom and that is what I focused on. It is interesting that everyone on this blogs has all sorts of fact from all over the place and I simply just wrote my statement about some girl that supposedly lives by the airport coming into my store way up here in Maitland … and then I see her in Casselberry a week later … what an unusual coincidence that is as well as her being all the way up here instead of by the airport … and the people on this blog look up all sorts of pings from cell phone towers to prove that what I said I saw off the top of my head could be true plus or minus a few minutes. Thats all the proof I need to confirm everything I saw. I am completely reaffirmed in everything I have seen and said by what people have posted here … even the naysayers because they will make my testimony that much stronger to make sure Caley gets her justice. And some of the women on her need to relook at my statements as statements regarding Casey and what she was up to and not my opinions on women in general. I love nice ladies and treat them with respect just like my mother taught me. What could Casey have been buying to either tranquilize / kill Caley with … benadryl, chlorophorm, nyquill … and/ or solidify her relationship with her new boyfriend … something she didn’t want anyone else to see … condoms, lubricant, birth control, whatever … just speculation ladies no insults and everyone should be speculating about what Casey was up to …. I love and respect ladies, and I certainly hope no one on this blog is confusing Casey for being either a lady or a good mother. Nevertheless, at some point after I saw her leaving Walmart and before she hooked up for her escapade with her new boyfriend what happened to Caley? That is what is important now. Did Casey go somewhere else between WalMart and her boyfriend to do something with or to Caley? Is there a nearby park where she may think she was isolated but maybe the city has surveillance? Dave you need to track down some more pings and get a video of that! Use my lead and eyewitness account of the fact Casey and Caley were at WalMart as your starting point and fill in the blanks between WalMart and her boyfriends place. I guarantee everyone I saw Casey and Caley at WalMart for all of the techniques my memory has used to help me remember for whatever reason and method. Maybe your brain uses its flight or flight response in memory to help you remember what is important … Maybe my memory and my nightmares sometimes has poor Caley being slammed into by a big door in a what if scenario and I don’t talk about it. I have no idea but I am grateful I remember what I do so I can help Caley. That is all that matters now. Casey and Caley were there, and Casey was neglecting and abusing Caley something terrible and things continued to get worse. Somebody, somewhere has to have seen something … or know something. There were multiple interior doors, maybe a couple automatic opening in and out for special needs people (not sliding like the new ones on the outside doors) and at least a couple of the old manual kind. I remember them many times over the years because I am a gentleman and I have opened them countless times for other people … that is when they were not manually or physically propped open all the time. On the day after Father’s Day I went in a door near the right side because of our standard protocol of driving/walking on the right. I do not remember the glass to the McDonalds being there like it is now and I think they replaced the standard wall that cuts a standard 90 degree corner with a 45 degree corner with glass to help advertise McDonalds. Makes sense they would do that to make more money!!! Casey came out the door immediately to my left. She was that close which helps me remember. Other than my thoughts that she cleaned up well since the last time I saw her at my store, I was going to ask her if she had purchased a monitor yet. I specifically remember quickly thinking that it may not be worth my time and effort to match WalMarts prices if they are too low, but I would try if she still needed one, but fortunately they didn’t have that competitive of a price on lcd monitors once i checked them out and my price at the time was good. Anyway, I probably would have seen more details about her and her purchase if the aluminum horizontal metal bars weren’t in the way ( I think there were 2) as she pushed on the door with both hands … with her purchase in a little white bag at the same time opening the door. I bet her boyfriend knows what was in the bag. Maybe some type of sex lubricant. Next, I noticed Caley a couple doors over to my left through the opening in the door Casey was coming through and as I walked in through my own door continued to notice her struggling to go through her own door … a different door than her mother went through! I remember stopping briefly and watching in disgust after I entered my own door and thought at the time the mom was nothing but trouble and I should avoid contact with her because of the way she was treating her kid like she didn’t exist. Not sure why this memory is so vivid, but when i close my eyes each and every day i see Caley pushing the door with her right arm straight out, left leg back, right leg up, like a semi-heisman pose … something was in her left hand like a hat or sun glasses or something kidish … maybe that is where i remember the white cloth with thin green and pink stripes on it because something definitely didn’t match in her outfit (not a doll or beanie baby) giving a real determined look on her face as she forces it open and continues on trying to keep up with her mother … who hasn’t even looked back once or slowed down for her kid … . I don’t have a tv because I don’t like to watch all the bad news. Low and behold the one story I click on the internet to read about in November 2008 is about some girl who looks familiar to me for some reason and when i read the story to find out why it is hearbreaking. I didn’t wait a year to tell my story. I called the numbers we were supposed to call several times, left my information several times and no one called me back. I finally had to go to the local police department to make a statement just to get the pressure off my chest.

There is a lot of good and bad in this blog. There are a lot of good and bad people in this blog … just like life. I would like everyone who reads your blog to know we should all be putting Caley first in our thoughts and prayers because no one else did when she was alive. Maybe we can help prevent this from happening again … or at least reduce the number of times it happens in the future. Regarding this specific post, and the obsession with details about Walmart, everyone who reads your blog should know I told you that there was someone who was killed in a walmart somewhere … i wasn’t sure why, when, how or where … and it was shortly thereafter they changed the doors at WalMarts throughout the country … all of which was after Caley dissappeared. They pulled out the manual doors and put in blowers where the foyer doors used to be and fully automatic doors on the outside as a matter of course and standard proceedure like WalMart always does. Fundamental research on the internet indicates Jdimytai Damour, 34, a temporary worker, was crushed as he and other employees tried to unlock the doors of the Wal-Mart at Green Acres Mall … and maybe another or two elsewhere … not Casselberry! Also, there is one woman in particular who has made a living suing Walmart over 6 times where she was trampled or stampeded by other Walmart customers … I think in the New York area … but it doesn’t matter. The Casselberry building inspector may have info on the updates. Also, you must also realize the Casselberry walmart also upgraded its grocery store, main entrance, and other areas shortly after Casey’s visit, and you can’t rely on asking the senior citizens who work there for their opinion because they simply don’t know. Remember, I was an Officer in the Military and completed over 185 JAG investigations myself so I have an excellent memory and attention to detail better than most. My vision is 20/20 or better and I am smart so I know what I saw no doubt. However, irregardless of the door details, which truly do not matter, nothing will ever change the fact I saw Casey Anthony walking about 10 feet in front of Caley Anthony with a zombie and distant look on her face as her daughter desperately trailed behind her looking hot, distraught, abandoned, sweaty and flustered. The entire time I saw Casey and Caley at WalMart Casey never once looked back to check on her daughter. Yes, I stopped in my tracks turned around and watched because that is how unusual it was and why I remember it so vividly. I might add that Casey was dressed nicer than she was the day she was in my computer store the week before, and what gets me upset when I remember this event, or have nightmares about it on a regular basis, is although Casey had done herself up to look her best, poor Caley really looked like crap and that is unexcusable. When Casey came into my store she was wearing a white halter type top and tan shorts. I remember this because my first thought when this girl came in working her cleavage was she was up to something and was trying to use her looks and cleavage to sell me something or scam me. I am older than Casey and she didn’t realize us old dogs have seen this trick before, can recognize it quickly and are immune to it. So show your cleavage all you want but I ain’t buying what you’re selling. When I saw Casey at Walmart I remember a nicer looking white/cream blouse with a type of frill on it (that still showed cleavage … though not as much as when she was in my store) and a type of black or dark gray pants, hot pants, or hot shorts. I want to say I vaguely remember some type of pin stripe but I can only say that it is possible her pants had a stripe on them, but cant be sure. As soon as I saw Caylee struggling behind her I focused on Caylee and not on Casey’s rear end as she was walking out. I rember that whatever pant type she was wearing they were tight and showed off her figure as much as she could but do not remember the pants she was wearing in Walmart as vividly as I do the shorts she wore in my store because I focused my attention on Caley. Caley in my store was wearing some type of jean skirt/shorts and a purplish shirt, and at Walmart Caley was wearing some type of jean skirt/shorts and either a pink shirt or a white shirt with pink flowers on it. I also seem to remember there were some stripes somewhere but honestly cant remember at this time from what … mayber her socks? She did seem to have on some type of white sneakers which seemed normal. I do briefly remember thinking she didn’t match very well and most moms take a lot more pride and care in dressing their daughters in cute outfits. Caley’s hair was pulled up in the back with some type of band and her hair was sweaty just as she was all sweaty … but her mom wasn’t. Although I had originally wanted to asked Casey if she had purchased a monitor for her laptop yet, when I saw how she treated her daughter it made me sick and I decided not to bother with her. I really despise bad mothers and don’t want anything to do with them … even moreso after meeting Casey. To this day, and each and every day since I wish I had stopped her and asked Casey about that monitor … just so I could have looked into why she was letting her daughter walk so far behind and why her daughter was so hot, flustered, determined, and frustrated … and possibly saved that little girl from being possibly drugged and put in the trunk of Casey’s car … perhaps right in the Walmart parking lot right after I saw her. Any caring parent such as myself notices these things and it was obvious Casey did not. Regarding cell phone pings and towers and all of that, as a technician I know that cell phones usually work off of 3 towers at anyone time and one of the 3 may be the primary one at the time for any reason, one of them being distance, another one being traffic load and problems. Casey wasn’t on her cell phone when she came out of Walmart otherwise I would not have thought about bugging her about the monitor because that would have been rude. But I have no way of knowing what cell phone towers are in the area and can’t testify to that … just the fact I witnessed Casey and Caley in Walmart on the day after Father’s Day. Either way, I saw what I saw and I am 110% certain I saw Casey coming out of the Casselberry Walmart the day after Father’s Day. Unfortunately nothing will ever change that. I wish Caley was still alive and none of this ever happened, but I can’t change the past. Father’s Day means alot to me and to me father’s day is not about fathers, but instead is a day to love and appreciate our children. That is why I noticed Caley so much this particular day, why I noticed more about Caley and the way her mother mistreated her more than I normally would. If Casey hadn’t already been in my store and acted crazy jealous and pissy towards Caley I wouldn’t have recognized her at WalMart. Also, if it hadn’t been the day after Fathers Day, I probably would have noticed Caley who looks so much like me and my own daughter it made me notice and remember her. Caley looks so much like me should could be my own kid. I wish she had been so she would be safe today. One of the reasons I took the time to be nice to Caley in my store and try to put a smile on her face is because she looks like my own daughter and I love children. But let’s leave it at that as I want to keep my family out of this issue and away from all of the mean people on the internet and in this case who do not have the best of intentions. Regarding the time line, what I saw is what I saw regardless of the time. I stated approximately 4pm as my best guess for the time of the day because I had a Rotary meeting until 2pm so I knew it was after that. It takes me 15 minutest to get back to my store from Rotary, then say an hour to take care of issues, 30 minutes to handle a client on the way, then 15 minutes to get to WalMart … at least 2 hours to get from my Rotary meeting to Walmart. I donate all of my spare time and money to community and charity work and have no time for myself. When I work at my store during the night shift I take lunch whenever things get a little slow and I like to go before the late afternoon / early evening traffic as a matter of habit. Plus, I only shop at the Casselberry Walmart so it couldn’t have been anywhere else. The sun was going down and it was no longer the hottest part of the day, but it was not down yet and it was still light so around or after 4pm seems like a reasonable estimate on my behalf. Regarding publicity, my phone rings off the hook with crank calls, harrassers, mean people, questions, reporters and tv shows and I do my best to politely turn them all down. I have already turned down the Today and other shows and money as well. Justice for Caley is what matters, not publicity or money. God decided he wanted me to be where I was when I was for a reason, and if it wasn’t to save Caley, then it must be to help her get justice and be her Champion if no one else will be. You try sleeping at night when you have a reoccurring nightmare of seeing Casey and Caley walking out of Walmart every night and you desparately try to figure out ways to go back in time and save that little girl. I certainly don’t see her grandparents or any other family members or friends doing what they should to set things right. It seems Casey’s parents and others are lying and conspiring and doing everything they can to protect Casey instead of doing what is right. I hope and pray God will work on the hearts of Casey and her parents and have them come clean. I am willing to endure all of these hardships and questions of my integrity for Caylee and testify on behalf of Caylee because she is worth it and deserves honest and decent people standing up for her … and not all the scumbags out there trying to get some fame off of her because all those people are just sick! I just want anyone else who may have also seen Casey and Caley around this timeframe to come forward too. The purpose of this blog should be to help build a stronger case. Period. She had to eat, get gas, wait in line, whatever. Someone had to be around her in Walmart when she was shopping. Someone had to be behind her in line when she purchased something. When Casey came out, I noticed she purchased something small in the bag she had in her hands … a small box or bottle, but of course couldn’t tell what it was … but she held it close to her chest in her hands like you do when you don’t want anyone to see what you purchased …. and I was hoping the detectives could go to walmart and have them look up the security camera footage and register purchases that day for benadryl or other medications which make you sleepy, duct tape, condoms, or some other type of contraceptive. My opinion based on my first hand sighting just before Caley disappeared is Casey was eager to make her relationship with her new boyfriend work and she didn’t want Caley getting in the way of her having sex with him so she could use all of the tools at her disposal to make it work. Remember, I saw her first hand and this girl was hot to trot and on the prowl. I was keen enough to observe this for my own protection and stay away. Shortly after I saw her and Caley leaving Walmart Casey probably did whatever was easiest and laziest and drugged up Caley and left her in the car or the trunk while she was consumating her relationship with her boyfriend. Maybe she had done this alot before. Maybe when she was done having sex with her boyfriend and went to check on Caley that she discovered too late that Caley was dead due to an overdoes of whatever drug she gave her … so she panicked and put her in the trunk and over the course of time concocted her crazy story. However, this is the job of the prosecuters and we have no way of knowing how she truly killed Caley. I would assume the security cameras in her boyfriends apartment complex or housing subdivision have already been checked? What about the security cameras around his neighborhood? What does the boyfriend say???

IMO, James Thompson may have spotted someone that looked like Casey and Caylee, but it was not Casey and Caylee.

The door siuation doesn't make sense.

He called the numbers several times, left his information several times and no one called him back.

The state released ALL the tips and calls to Crime Stoppers, so if there was a call or calls, there will be a record of it.

There was a document dump that had all the tips, it might be worth checking that document dump.

This is a statement by my client and she's authorized me to a make a statement to the public with regards to tomorrow's memorial.

I miss Caylee every day and every minute of every day. I can't be there for Caylee's funeral, but some day I want to go and visit her grave and tell her how much I miss her.

I allowed my parents to be in charge for the funeral for Caylee. I told them I wanted her buried in a casket and I wanted there to be a gravestone so I could go and visit her. I asked them if there could only be a private funeral for just the family.

I know they cremated her. I still don't want a public event with cameras and everybody around for Caylee's service, but I can't stop my parents from doing what they want. I truly hope that it will help them.

What an bitch Casey is on this video. She is making herself look like a victim and is blaming her parents for not getting her out of jail. Casey says: "you missed the opportunity".

Casey made the choice to see her father and when you watch the video, you can see how frustrated Casey is with her mother but her father is like "mush" in Casey's hands. Cindy is a strong woman and pushes really hard. Cindy is deflated in this video.

Casey was miserable on the day of Caylee's 3rd birthday. RIGHT! Casey keeps playing that victim role!!!! You can hear Casey being annoyed thinking there was a lot of people at her parents home on Caylee's birthday and it was only the family.

In this video there is a lot of jealousy between Casey, her mother and family, feeling she is being left out of the loop. Well, of course she is because she is in friggin jail for what she did to Caylee.

Sad to hear how grateful George is for getting the chance to see Casey.

VAN SUSTEREN: Very well. So Tim, has the defense or the prosecution reached out to you said, I want this from you, or, I want something?

MILLER: No, absolutely not. I heard yesterday that there was a motion to get our records, and then I heard today that the judge was in favor of Baez. And we were never notified by the court, never notified by anybody. And you know, we’re going to live up to what the judge says, but you know, I’ve got some — I got a few problems there.

Number one, I’ve talked to my counsel late this afternoon. He’s in one state, I’m in another. And they’ve got to realize we’ve got a very small office, two volunteers in there. We’ve got over 20,000 pieces of paper. That’s going to be extremely time-consuming and costly.

And my other concern, of course, is all the volunteers that came out there and gave everything from their heart, whether anybody’s thinking about — because, Greta, what we do is we give that information to the police when they ask for it because it has all their personal information on it. I just don’t know if anybody thought about whether these 4,000-plus people, all their personal information needs to be given to somebody that we don’t know what’s going to happen to.

So I’ve got some questions. I’m working with counsel on that. And again, we’ll obey any order the judge gives us, but again, I’m disappointed I wasn’t notified, but you know, we’ll see where this is going to head from here.

VAN SUSTEREN: In terms of the search that Equusearch did, do you know if Equusearch searched the area where, ultimately, the remains of Caylee were found?

MILLER: We most definitely did search that area, Greta. And the first time we were there — of course, you know, we got there the very beginning of September, and that was right after Tropical Storm Fay came in, and the water was so high and — and I got a lot of criticism when I suspended the search because I said, You know what? I’m afraid that little body’s under the water. If it is, she’s just totally skeletonized. And I don’t want a horse to step on her or a ground searcher to step on her or a four-wheeler drive over her and take a chance on pushing that little body down in the mud and jeopardize any chance of her ever being located, so I suspended the search.

November, we went back and we searched that area again. And at the area — because I physically went to the area the day that Caylee’s body was found. And that area again in November, when we searched it, that exact area where Caylee was at was under water still.
And again, I made the decision we are not going to do any searches in water because this is a tiny little skeleton and we’re not going to jeopardize it. And the land owner adjacent to where Caylee’s body was found stated his own self that approximately a week-and-a-half before Caylee’s body was found is when the water level went down to the point that you may have been able to see something back there.

So I think we made the right choices. We was there, and you know, we — we don’t have a thing in the world to be ashamed of. I know that.
